On May 31, 2023, I called to get some info and advice before ordering and Heather was amazing and very helpful best experience ever and I really appreciated that she has actually had the food and not just saying it was good. I appreciated her honesty and genuinely friendly personality definitely made an amazing impression on me and ended up placing a good size order from Macaroni Grill because of how helpful HEATHER was to me and how patient and resourceful she was. She took the time to put in extra effort to make sure all my questions were answered to completion and that I was fully satisfied and that my order made it through correctly and even took my substitution requests over the phone so that my food can be as enjoyable as possible. Heather definitely should get a huge raise and recognition for her hard work and amazing effort to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. Thank you so much Heather. I look forward to meeting you in person someday you are absolutely amazing 🙂

Great Italian food and good friendly service. The Tiramisu is to die for. I must say I have been going to this place a lot but yesterday I had a bad dish. I ordered pasta with meatballs. The dish came looking good, I got some fresh cheese on it. To my surprise the meatballs were just warm not hot, the inside was actually cold. Very disappointed cause spaghetti with meatballs is my favorite. I hope this was just a one time mistake I will try again but if they still can’t make it right I am done with this place. I have been going since 2002 and this is the first time this happened to me.
