My husband and I recently had the pleasure of dining at RomanSQ – Artisan Pizza, and I was very impressed. The pizza we ordered (Pepperoni & Barbieri Speciale) was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and it was cooked to perfection. I especially appreciated that the owners were willing to accommodate my husband’s well-done taste by cooking the pizza a little more. They were also very friendly and pleasant, and the service was excellent!

We got the carbonara pizza and added mozzarella de buffala from here for a taste test between four local pizza places. This one was by far the crowd favorite. Delicate balanced flavors of garlic, egg, and guanciale (pork jowl), and a light and chewy crust. The owner was so friendly and quick to recommend other places in the gulf gate area that she liked. This place has been on my to-try list for a long time, and it did not disappoint at all! I can’t wait to go back!

Gorgeous pizza!! Takes me back to Rome. The potato sausage rosemary pizza is stunning. Can’t wait to order it again. Margarita Buffala delicious! Tomato sauce is perfection. The crust is light , crispy on the bottom. I can’t say enough good things. This is the only pizza I’ll eat in Sarasota. Wish we had this in Chicago!

Great place to get fresh pizza. The owners are so nice and the pizza is amazing. If you have a gluten allergy, you won’t have a reaction here. They import the flour from Italy. This is, by far, the best pizza I had in the US. This takes me back to Italy in one bite.

Hands down the BEST pizza you will ever eat in Florida. The crust is crispy, airy, light, and flavorful all at the same time. The toppings are abundant, fresh, and delicious. The owners are the nicest, personable, and down to earth people you will ever meet. I would drive hours to have this pizza again. Fortunately, we’re only 5 min away.
