The food is okay, but the service stinks. Been here a couple of times since moving to the area. There is a young lady there who answers the phone and checks you out when you pick up the food, she’s just not nice. Her attitude is a huge fail for the business.

Best Italian food ever !! My first job when I was 16 was at an Italian restaurant in Red Bank, I stayed at that job for 32 years. They taught me how to cook and how to eat. I relocated to this area and couldn’t find a decent meatball or sauce. I am thrilled to have found Romeo’s and can’t wait to work my way through the menu. Thank you, thank you, thank you !!

Well, if you want chicken parm then Romeo’s is amazing. Deep dish pizza on the other hand had taste, texture and overall appeal of a frozen pizza. I realize this area is not know for its deep dish, but I figured it must be good based on my chicken parm experience and didn’t think they would have it own their menu if it wasn’t good. That’s what I get for thinking. Again, the chicken parm was on point.

My son ordered food for Christmas Eve and the order was fabulous. Ever since then, four years now, I only order from Romeo’s! I Ordered catering for my daughter’s baby shower and again for my grandson’s first birthday party! Plenty of good food!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! Be warned this place is run like an outdoor wood shack. Manuel, an employee there has no customer service skills and is very rude. I asked to speak with the owner or manager regarding my concerns and was denied, as if that information cannot be obtained from business licensing from the state/township LOL. He then hung up on me. Rude uneducated employees. Not to mention that they have cockroaches in their establishment. Website is out of date and prices are completely inaccurate. Food consistency is always changing. Maybe due to the several changes in management/ownership over the last few years. A word of advice for the owner. Maybe take care of the customers and hire people with some skills that are able to effectively communicate.

Thieves. You order online on their website. They claim to never receive it despite an order confirmation. You get a text order complete. No food comes, they leave you on hold, have you screenshot proof of order and payment and they STILL refuse to refund you. I had to drive there in person and when I offered to call the police to come take a report for my stolen money suddenly I was handed the cash. Horrible management and be VERY careful with this business.
