We get Romeos all the time I called in today and placed an order for pick up XL cheese pizza. Got there and they didn’t start on it; no problem they are busy. As I waited nothing but disgusting language from the guys making it saying c**t this c**t that. When we got home to enjoy it the pizza is burnt, you’re crunching on it due being so dry and no sauce. This is the second it happened. I love Romeos but damn it’s getting disappointing.

Bogo Tuesdays are the best deal around town. The Tuscan pep is our favorite! Never disappoints. The cauliflower crust pizza is also amazing I’ve tried at least 5 other cauliflower crust pizzas even made own Romeo’s is the best.

Pizza quality has gone downhill. Just ordered 2 large 1 toppings and both barely have sauce and are over done. The cheese bread was good, if only the pizza dough matched quality. We live in the neighborhood directly across the street from the Hilliard location and have been regulars for years, but will be switching to other options.

The past two times I’ve ordered from them (twice within a year or so) has been horrible. First they don’t ring, knock, or do anything to notify me of delivery. The second time they were 30 minutes late, left out Capone sauce, and it was as hard as a rock! Both times I got cold pizza from them. If you’re going to order around Hilliard, go literally anywhere else. Flyers for the win!!!

There was a really friendly employee working the front (Hunter), and when I ordered a large pep and a large sausage/pep pizza, the sausage one didn’t come with sausage, this wasn’t a very big deal to me and I even communicated that to him, but even then, I was more than impressed with how serious the issue was to him, and I overall really appreciated how well the service was there.

Ordered the Italiano Deep dish pizza almost a full hour before closing, and received thick pizza without a drop of sauce on it. If you do not have any sauce, or are too lazy to make it correctly because youre about to go home in 45 minutes, just cancel my order next time and dont waste my time and money.

My go to is the buffalo chicken pizza. Good amount of chicken and sauce is really good. Plus the Capone sauce to dip it in is really good too. Also tried the breadstick with sausage on them. They were good.

We used to love this location. They were our “go-to” pizza. The past year we have noticed it go downhill. Unfortunately, there is no consistancy anymore. Occassionally it will be great… but more and more often the crust is so thin it cannot support the toppings, and is sometimes super greasy. Tonight the cheesy bread barely had any cheese. We are at the point we are searching for our new “go-to” spot. I really hope things improve because taste-wise… we love Romeo’s pizza.
