Burnt cold pizza, not even cut in slices correctly. Didn’t even get a full 6 slices, more like 5.3. And 4 wings for $10???? Seriously?! No way these measly wings weighed half a pound. One of the wings wasn’t even sauced! $22 wasted, NEVER AGAIN smh

I ordered the deep dish pizza through doordash, and can’t believe what I was sent. What you see in the pictures is uncooked pizza dough. The edges of the crust are golden brown but the rest of the dough is uncooked. It seems like they used the incorrect settings for this type of pizza. I don’t know. I am sure I will never order from them again though, as this rises to the level of actually unsafe. Luckily doordash gave me my money back. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Todays date 7/24/2023 Called the store 499 Lanncaster Ave. Reynoldsburg Ohio. at 8pm to order for pickup. Online it says the store closes at 10pm. The store says it closes at 10pm. The person that answered the phone said that they are not taking orders. When I asked why they said that they are closing early today at 8pm. Here is what I will tell you guys what I tell everyone else. Excuses are the bricks that build the house of failure. This is the reason why businesses are failing, because employees cannot hold their end of the bargain. Store managers, regional managers corporate office please open up your eyes. I hope this gets to corporate office. A store should not be closing early for no reason. The past couple of times that I have called the store to make an order for a pick up they have been closed early. It’s too bad because your guys pizza taste good but your service is getting very very horrible the past couple of times I’ve been there.

We had an issue with my order due to a computer glitch, and when I called the manager already had identified the issue and knew who I was. He was extremely polite and kind (as every Romeo’s employee usually is) and went above and beyond fixing the issue. The pizza is always amazing, but these last two pizzas were absolutely flawless. Romeo’s is always top notch in every regard. They’re one of the best pizzas around, I highly recommend trying them if you haven’t already (and if you have, you’re probably enjoying some Romeo’s right now rather than reading this review)

Since leaving Detroit 10 years ago… today is the first time we tried Romeos pizza.. we got the Chicago style deep dish. Calzone, cheese bread, and cinnamon breadsticks….. it’s great.. buttery taste is wonderful. Pizza cooked to perfection. Thank you
