Made my first order online for 1/2 chicken and bacon ranch and the other half pepperoni. I guess it came up in the system with no toppings. It was for a large that will now be wasted. I called the store and they offered no solution.

Decided to try something different tonight for pizza. Ordered a half and half pizza. Of course my half was the pepperoni and mushrooms. The mushrooms were minuscule and the old world pepperoni tasted very dry with little flavor. The cheese was a Wisconsin blend which lacked any real flavor. On to the crust which was had a very light crispness to it, good flavor. On to the sauce which was a blend of sweet California tomatoes which was very tasty. A lot of much better pizza in Central Ohio.

This is easily the best take out, and certainly in contention for best overall, pizza place in Columbus. Perfectly cooked pizza, gooey cheese, sweetness infused sauce, and actual stuffed crust. I was at the bar next door and heard good things so I figured I’d check it out. Unbelievably glad I did. Surprisingly cheap on Tuesdays. Definitely will be my primary pizza place moving forward.

Call them them about the pick two deal not working on the website, then went ahead and completed my order online. When I called to make sure my pizza was going to be correct they said they refunded my money because their ovens were turned off…before they were even closed.

I ordered a couple pizzas online on a Monday night at 8pm and was told it would take about an hour to be delivered. An hour and a half later the pizzas still haven’t showed up and I had friends waiting to eat. I tried calling but all the phone said was “we’re closed”. I called the next morning to ask for a refund of $50 for my 2 pizzas and was told the manager would be in after 4, so call back later. I called later and the manager wasn’t there so the girl took down my info and passed it along to the manager. 3 days later and I still didn’t get a refund or a phone call so I called back. The same girl answered and apologized and said she would talk to the manager later. Well a month has passed and still no refund or phone call. Definitely not eating from here again. This isn’t the fault of anyone except for the managers that are supposed to handle the refunds and whoever closed at 8pm on a Monday but didn’t shut down their online ordering portal. It’s ridiculous that I’m still having to wait for a refund.

Love the sweet pizza sauce we live outta town but do stop in there whenever we get the chance. We always get pepperoni and cheese pizza and if u like mushrooms you’ll wanna get extra yummy give them a try u won’t regret it…..
