My sister and I were highly highly upset yesterday when ordering pizza from Romeos in Pickerington! We had heard of bad reviews before, but took a chance on them anyways. We supported this place and have been customers for years. We always ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Last night we walked into Romeos new location (expecting better quality) hearing an excessive amount of giggling and messing around. We got our pizza, walked it all the way home, just to see a bite mark in one of the slices! As professional culinary students, we were at complete disbelief at the care of our pizza. Very disappointed. The situation was not handled properly. No apologies were made and no extra care was in place when we emphasized the disgust of this order. Really shows a lack of hospitality, quality, service, and business.

They gave me a pizza with no pizza sauce. How does one miss adding pizza sauce? Called to advise them of this mistake and the gentleman that answered advised there was nothing that they can do. No apology or even owning up to the mistake. He tried to tell me “user error” …..go figure Will never order from here again.

We love the sauce and the price is pretty decent but the quality is SO inconsistent. Tonight we got a pizza and it appeared burnt and the crust was hard, they remade it and I thought it’d be better because it came right out the oven, but it was just as bad when I got home. Didn’t have time for another alternative, also Thursday is pizza night for the kiddos. They just ate the cheese on the top. Had two full sheets two weeks ago for our child’s birthday and that was ok. It wasn’t cut though ♀️. I want to support this franchise, but it is difficult not knowing what quality you’re going to get when you order. We’ve been customers for years and it’s just not as good as it used to be.

Really enjoyable pizza. Sweet tomato sauce, similar to Papa John’s but even better. Minus one star because there doesn’t seem to be a happy medium between regular bake and well done. As you can see, regular pizza supreme on the right and well done cheese with mushroom has a lot of burn. ♂️ highly recommend cheese with mushroom and butter garlic dipping sauce for the crusts.

Where to begin… the sauce is just too much amazing to handle! Toppings are always tasty. Adequate time to pick up after ordering online. Not sure if they are making their own Capone Sauce now, but it’s even better than it was before!! No complaints!

This review is an ” on the fence ” opinion. The quality of the pizza was fine and so was the take service. Although, if you are not a fan of sweet sauce then this isn’t the pie for you. The crust is worthy for a thick airy type. Its just not my kind of pizza that I enjoy to have. So yes it’s ok, but be ready for a sugar pie. Oh and not certain why they serve it with a side of wing sauce.
