My son ordered pizza from this place through DoorDash. I was shocked to see this pizza which was raw at the bottom, undercooked with sauce overflowing and soaking up the box. I couldn’t eat a bit of it and had to throw the entire pizza from which I paid 17 dollars. When I called them they said they can’t do anything about it as I ordered it from DoorDash. After complaining in the DoorDash I got a 5 dollar refund. I feel cheated with this entire experience. Please check the photos below and have a look at that awful pizza. I am never going to order anything from this place.

Romeos is usually amazing but tonight it was delivered cold and scrambled 🙁 very disappointing. I’ve ordered from them for 3 years but there are many other pizza places in the area that will deliver my pizza in tact. I won’t be ordering again.

I LOVE Romeo’s but today was the WORST! My wings were tiny & my sub was SWIMMING in salad dressing (after marking the LIGHT option). That sandwich was sooooo soggy it came thru the foil AND the paper bag. It was like someone made it yesterday & left it in their car overnight in the heat. HORRIBLE!

I want to thank the Manager Spencer, the young man who started to take my order, and the young lady who checked me out when I arrived to pick up my pizza for providing me with EXCELLENT customer service. They were patient with me and professional. Spencer personally handled my order and I was very pleased with my pizza. I will definitely be returning to Romeos pizza in Gahanna. Keep up the good work! I have never had a problem with this location until last Wednesday. Ordered a large cheese pizza (cheddar topping) for my son. He was the only one that ate the pizza. Around 45 minutes after eating the pizza, he started vomiting and gagging. Vomit and gagging continued till the next day. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering pizza from them anymore.

A number of reviews mention great pizza, but spotty quality control. That seems about right. I ordered the deep dish with sausage and onion for my first order. They forgot the onion. However, I’ll try again because the pizza was delicious. They have a slightly sweet pizza sauce and their Capone sauce is a spicy garlic dipping sauce. It could have used maybe 3 extra minutes in the oven because the center was doughy, so I’ll request it well done next time.
