Ordered over $50 worth of food and waited more than 2 hours for the delivery. When we called to see what was taking so long we were told it was sent through door dash because they didn’t have any drivers. Door dash left it on my neighbor’s porch. Nobody bothered to let us know what had happened or that it had been delivered. By the time we figured it out the food was ice cold because it had been sitting outside in 20 degree weather for an hour.

Fantastic customer service! I stopped in for lunch and Nick was available to take my order. I told him that I did not want to spend more than $10 on lunch. He patiently and kindly showed me how to find deals on Romeo’s website. When my phone’s Internet was not working, he was kind enough to use his own phone to place my order and get me a deal for a $6.99 calzone. I really appreciate Nick going above and beyond for me, and I will surely be back again!
