I’ve been a regular customer since they opened here in LaGrange and their food and service had been consistently good until today 1/21/23. I ordered by phone and was told 1-1/2 hours. I had no problem with that especially on a Saturday evening. First, a polite thank you on the phone after placing my order would be considered reasonable. Or even saying “your welcome” when I say thank you, instead of just hanging up. Second my order consisted of a medium supreme, a brownie, and a 2 liter Mountain Dew. Let’s just say the only thing that arrived at the proper temperature was the Mountain Dew. The other 2 items were room temperature at best. This was by far my worst experience with them, and a bit unexpected. For almost $43 including the roughly $7 tip, I’ll reconsider my choices.

Had a romeo’s pizza tonight, I picked it up. Once home I discovered the pizza had burnt edges. And the crust tasted like it was a reheated pizza. From order to pickup was only 15 minutes. I’ve made pizza at home & it’s never taken only 15 minutes. This was definitely not the best pizza in LaGrange. Also, ordered a large pizza. If this was large I’ll eat my hat! The size was somewhere between a small & medium. Definitely wasn’t large.

I’ll start by saying we’ve ordered from here before and have been satisfied. This last time we ordered our food showed up burnt. They were closed when I went to call to let them know. I messaged on Facebook to show them the food and never got a response, it’s been a week now. We called today and explained and the person on the phone said they would let their manager know. Hopefully we will hear from them soon because we enjoyed ordering from here. Super bummed to leave a bad review here. 50 dollars was alot for burnt food.

Simply not good! Gave this location multiple chances since they’re closer to me than Medina, but it has been a bad experience each time. Pizza not fully cut, toppings stuck to top of the box, and just not the same quality I have come to expect from Romeo’s..

Have had multiple orders back-to-back-to-back messed up, does not matter whether we call to order or place order online. I cannot think of another place we order food from that we can consistently expect something to be made incorrectly to how we order it (simple things, like removing items from a sub). Reached out to company on Facebook to mention this, never heard back.

Paige & Mackenzie know me when I walk in & make sure I get pizza sauce instead of capone…SO Friendly and Go out of their way.. had a slight issue with my rewards and Jeff fixed it- made it right!
