Absolutely love their Pizza. The secret is in the sauce for sure! The staff is always kind, courteous, and diligent. Pizza is typically always made to perfection. And if there are any issues or mix up, they are quick to fix the issue and make things right. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I’m so disappointed with Romeos Pizza in North Olmsted. I ordered two calzones this past weekend and this was delivered to me. For a minute I thought this was a joke! I was so upset, discussed, and very disappointed! Spoke with the manager and he didn’t even apologize. Never again will I give my business to Romeos on North Olmsted they lost a loyal customer of 10 years.

We ordered a medium pizza yesterday with pepperoni and a side of the cinnamon sticks. Our pizza was absolutely great. The cinnamon sticks were days old, stale. We even put them in the microwave to soften them up and nope still hard as a rock. We don’t get takeout often so this was a disappointment.

I am giving 5 stars because there’s currently only 1 driver for the store Monday – Friday. He seems to get my orders delivered in a timely fashion which is shocking considering every time he delivers, he has a car full of orders and double checks the order to make sure he gives the correct one. He’s also a great driver, he very quickly backs his car all the way up the driver way with no flaws. The car is nice as well I just might have a rocket button on it. I recommend tipping him well. He’s an efficient driver with a newer looking car and always has multiple delivery working hard. He also says his body doesn’t work well with heat so if he looks mad, he’s not he’s just tired of the heat.

In my own opinion… This chain ⛓️ was designed with me in mind everything from the perfect crisp crust, the sweet sauce absolute bliss. It’s hard to describe but I love pizza and nothing to me was completely perfect. No matter what chain there was something always missing. I could never put my finger on it until I encountered Romeos. All I can say is the ultimate for me is the Dante’s Peak I would highly recommend it but no matter what order what you like and give the most perfect pizza a try. See if you have that aha moment like I did. It’s worth it even if you don’t agree.
