MAYBE a typical pound of wings is 8-12 as the manager stated so bluntly to me, but THESE 8 were certainly on the low side of a full pound even before they were cooked. But that still is no reason why the manger was so discourteous, short, and downright rude to me when I nicely asked about them. I was nothing but kind and patient when I arrived, (I even tipped ahead of time) but as soon as I inquired, the manager went off. So rude for no reason. I walked out and simply said I would not order from here again.

So it was my first time odaring from this location I had half pound of wings so the first thing is I didn’t get what ever I wanted the toping and it took them 16min for them. to cook 4 piece of small wings! and you bearly can see any meat on it its tooo little! !!! And I pay it 7$ for that I didn’t liked and something I saw it too on the wings there were not cooked done like you still can teast boold and see it too !!! Not coming back.

My department has been sampling different pizza places over the past few weeks. We finally landed on Romeo’s. I ordered a cheese gluten free crust (which isn’t available at every location so we had to drive like 10 min further but my team didn’t hesitate) to test the most basic. The online ordering capabilities make it really easy to preorder so we’ve gotten the order out of the way before they even open so it’s easier to coordinate with the team. But even though we ordered at 11:30 today after they opened, we still had pizza in less than 45 min ready and waiting so their team is definitely on the ball. And the site said 30 min minimum between ordering and readiness.

I paid $15.99 for a large pizza it did not look like a large pizza look like a medium Pizza. And also I paid $12.99 for 12 piece chicken wings and I only got eight piece what kind of business is this. The employee tell me if I want 12 piece I’ll say yes when I got home I only got eight piece this place is too expensive it’s not even worth it for that has should gone to Papa John’s or other pizza place. I learned my lesson this is the first and last time I’m going there.

It’s been one year since I ordered from Romeo’s at this location. I ordered two big pizzas from them last year on Mother’s Day so I wouldn’t have to A. Cook and B. Leave the house. I got them and both of them looked like they were flung across the car. They were folded over on themselves and I couldn’t fix it if I tried. I called and the manager didn’t believe me. I have to have to add to this by saying that I’ve worked in retail, fast food & customer service many times in my life and I never call in irate. I know accidents happen. I call in calmly and explain my problem and usually I am met with the same kindness in return. Well- not this time! I had to pack up my pizza, leave my hungry kids and take it up there for the manager to see. Then when he saw it he chided his delivery guy and said he would make me fresh replacements. Gee thanks. So I had to wait for that as well. I even tipped this delivery driver by the way!
