Very bad experience. This happens more and more from Romeo’s. We ordered pepperoni feast and got just normal pepperoni, ordered cheese maniac Stromboli and got a calzone, order cauliflower crust pizza which was way over cooked (I get it every time so I know what it taste like). The cheese maniac was mostly bread and sauce (see photo). The chicken club was more like a bread club. Overall experience was bad as usual. I told the wife this will be the last time I order from here.

I use to love this place and the sweet sauce. Unfortunately I couldn’t call to order as they don’t answer phones anymore. That was problem number 1. I attempted to call twice and was ringing for over 5 minutes each time. I ordered 2 MEDIUM pizzas “build your own” and it cost $50.00 for PICK UP!!!…. NOT TO MENTION I DIDNT GET SAUCE ON MY PIZZA AND HALF MY PIZZA WAS ALL CRUST! I just wish they answered their phones. Maybe this could’ve been avoided. I can’t call and let them know as they won’t answer their phones again. So I was forced to leave a poor review. I’m not sure I’ll ever go back to Romeos ever again. There are other places closer.

Great place great service i ordered boneless wings and couldn’t decide what sauce to get (I usually go with barbecue) I asked for someone to suggest a sauce for me and the sweet chili was suggested and BOOOYYY WAS IT GOOD NOW I CANT STOP GETTING THAT SWEET CHILI. I love the customer service when I come during the day. Good people down to earth staff and good food. Well worth the buck

Second time I ordered from this restaurant in last couple of months . Delivery over an hour last time – food cold – felt bad because girl who delivered pizza was not an employee and helping out her mom that worked there because they had no deliverers . Today , after an hour ( says delivery in 45 min when order placed), I called to check on status of order – I was told my order was still there and that they were waiting for a door dasher… after another 20 min – I called again and person said that my order was still there . At this point , I told her to cancel my order because I didn’t want cold pizza that has been sitting there waiting for someone to pick it up . I told her it would be nice if someone at the restaurant could contact the customer to state the delivery is delayed . She claimed she had no knowledge of when my order was placed because this is door dash’s fault – told her I have an email from Romeo’s with my time of order and that clearly she has the receipt as well because my food is still sitting there , right ?! To which she acknowledged that my food was made and is still there and knows they’ve been waiting for pick up . Again told her to just cancel order and reimburse my card . She was quite rude when I informed her that good customer service would have been to contact the customer regarding delay – she got irate on the phone , snapped at me and then hung up . I’m no “ Karen “ , usually pretty patient – but clearly these folks do not know how to deal with customers and seemed bothered that anyone would have an issue with getting cold ( expensive ) pizza !

This location is horrible. No pops in cooler in lobby. The lobby is dirty. One worker’s pants sagging and the whole place looks unkempt. My meatball sub had far too much bread and the sauce was super sweet. I order from the one in Tallmadge and it is way better.

I ordered a free medium one topping pizza and the employees were very friendly! Ofc the Fairlawn building is quite small, and warm inside, and the pizza took a while to get done, but overall the employees were nice, and so I have a positive outlook on the place:)

Got a medium traditional pizza let me tell you the sauce they use is so good and pizza was by far the best pizza I’ve had would definitely recommend this place all the employees were super nice and friendly place was super clean wasn’t expecting this but service was amazing

The problem I’m having is that on BOG0 Tuesday (*a GREAT IDEA by the way!) Every pizza is included, except ITALIAN deep dish. Why is that? It makes no sense 2me, especially since on ANY visit 2Romeos thats what I’m most likely to get. Furthermore, ALL of the promotion material 4BOGO I’ve ever seen states “good on any pizza”, except in the case of the Italino.
