Before I ordered a Philly Steak Sub I asked what it cost and was told $10.39. Thinking this was a lot to pay I asked to see the size of the roll it came on. The roll was large enough that I thought it would be possible to make two meals from the sandwich and decided to order one. I was then asked if I wanted it on a white or whole wheat roll. I said whole wheat and waited while it was being prepared. To my astonishment the sandwich I received was much smaller and not enough to make one satisfying meal let alone two. When I asked where the other half of my sub was I was told this was the normal size of the whole wheat sub. So I paid $10.39 for a sub that was at best two thirds the size of the the roll I was shown. Though tasty with onions green peppers and cheese there was very little steak and the sandwich left me wanting more….much more. I’ll be buying my subs elsewhere.

Food is almost always good, but why would we pay 12.00 a piece for stromboli when the lunch special is 9.00 in front of your face when you walk in? Of course, I asked for the posted price. The employee could not do a refund and had to call on someone else, who also couldn’t figure it out. Great food, but watch your bill!

I recently just moved to Hartville and was thrilled that romeos pizza is just 1 mile up the road. I never leave 1 star reviews ever but the first time I order pizza for delivery to our new home for every one that was helping us move, the pizza was all wrong order and everything was not correct.

It’s OK to wait alitte for freshness.They said 25 min. I gave 25 and walked out with a dead,cold pizza. Not the first time. The food tastes good, but if I wanted to cook/reheat pizza I could get one out of my freezer. I believe the team there works hard and does their best. The pizza itself looked great, it just cooled down WAY to much.

I ordered an Italian sub and showed up to get it. Just so you all know, they do not use gloves. I believe any establishment which serves the public food especially after what we have been thru must wear gloves. I did love your food but me and all my group and football teams will no longer go there knowing this. It’s sad as the food is good.

Hadn’t had Romeos in a couple years, just quit going there. Decided to give it another try. The food was much much better, we just ordered a couple pizzas and they were both really good. We usually go in to pick them up, so can’t speak much of the delivery. Parking is not much of an issue if you go in to pick it up.

Romeos is normally our go to pizza place. Always good quality pizza. The last time we ordered on 1/2/23 the pizza we received was cold. And it had taken over an hour to arrive at our house. Which is literally 5 min away from the store. I called the store and the manager told me they would replace it, i just had to bring the cold pizza back to the store to get the remade pizza. I declined that, i asked if they could put my name on a list that i could just get the pizza at another time. The manager said they would note that. Fast forward to today when i attempted to get the pizza im owed. There is no note of me calling and complaining on either account associated with my numbers. Given the quality of the last pizza we received, the way our valid complaint was completely disregarded, we will not be giving hartville romeos our business.

I ordered a small deluxe pizza and was told it would be $12.99. Driver pulls in and says 17.99. Romeos failed to mention all their “tacked on fees” when I ordered, which took away from drivers tip. Shame on Romeos!! Not to mention the pizza was disgusting, so overloaded with onion. I threw it out. When I called to complain..all the manager had to say was. “Okay”.
