Went to pick up my order and had to wait for them to make the cheese bread. My pizzas were just coming out of the oven when I watched her make my bread. Had to have her stop and remake the bread due to the fact that she was wiping off a counter with a towel then put one glove on but used both hands to make my food. Didn’t wash her hands at all. In the middle of making the second order ( she now has 2 gloves on but still didn’t wash her hands ), she stopped to go pick up her cell phone with her gloved hands. I just let it go. I know, I should have said something. Pizzas seemed a little over done and was not the greatest. You can see in the pix where the dough was over proofed and burned. Seen another employee put stretched doughs in a cooler covered in a plastic bag.

The cauliflower crust pizza is really good the wings are good but a bit pricey. I highly recommend the spicy garlic sauce on the wings or to dip your pizza in.

I had placed an order through door dash for an order that included “The Butcher Shop”. When the order was delivered it was a plain pepperoni. I called, and in order to have the correct pizza I would have had to go through door dash CANCEL the original order, a refund would be issued in 5 to 10 days, then reorder. So the manager I spoke with on June 2nd said to make it easier we could just have a credit to redeem for the correct pizza and to just call and give them my name and the we have a credit. Well we call and redeem the pizza my husband goes to pick up because it’s done and the refuse to give it to him. Stating they don’t do credits and they have no way to look it up if it’s through door dash.

The staff is incredibly friendly and made sure my order was fine after a small mistake they took care of it immediately without any issues, even thought they were pretty slammed! The Butchers Shop pizza is absolutely amazing! The ingredients all tasted fresh, and the crust was soft but also flaky and evenly cooked, the sauce is a perfect amount of tomato tang and sweetness, and the Capone sauce is great with the crust! A huge thank you to the tall guy I am assuming was the manager for being awesome and taking care of us as customers! Will definitely be back!

Pizza is good but the JOJO’s are little expensive for the amount you get. They do not tell you but you only get 8oz. Need to also put price’s on items. Staff not very friendly no welcome to Romeo’s or thank you come again. Place is not up to par.

We’ve tried just about everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. Pizzas are great I really like the sauce. Subs a great but the God Father is king! Everything has been hot and well presented the staff are friendly. Prices might be a little high but people it’s worth it! Avoid Pizza same( hut) and Tubbys when you can have a just better over all experience. The store is clean employees present themselves well and well to be honest no drama with these guys. Newer to the area so hopefully things stay good.
