I was a walk in and received good service however, my sub was awful. No onions after requesting extra and 1 slice of tomato. The bread was stale and fell apart as I ate it.

AWESOME PHILLY! My husband also loved his strombolli! My order was delivered within 30 minutes of ordering. Were new to the area and the staff was so nice and helpful on the phone when we ordered. Delivery guy opened my door for me when my hands were full! We have found our new delivery spot!

Order was incorrect and way more lettuce than actual meat on Gyros and subs. Called to advise owner that order was incorrect -did not need anything replaced just wanted him to be aware; he wanted to argue that because he made it-it was correct AND I was looking at it telling him what was NOT on the sub! He obviously cannot take constructive criticism-has a fear that someone wants something free. Sir, you have a lot to learn about Customer Service! But I will not be eating here again. Too stressful for a sandwich!

So, so shameful. I am visiting from out of state and my friends and I decided to order from here. We were told it would be 35-40 minutes and it took about an hour. Within the next hour of eating it, a friend and I began to feel ill and were quite sick the rest of the night. We attempted calling and no one picked up. The next morning, due to our still feeling ill and our call having not been received the night prior, we dialed and asked for an understandable refund.

ordered 10 wings through GrubHub , said it would take 40 minutes, an hour later no food. called & was put on hold for five minutes with no reply. Had to call back and then was told the 10 wings & fries would take another 20 minutes. Don’t waste your time or money !!

Terrible! I ordered a white pizza with spinach, garlic, and basil, and another one with steak, mushrooms, onions, and peppers. I went to pick it up and after waiting 15 minutes (in addition to the 15 minutes it took me to get there), the girl comes out and asks if I want garlic and basil on both. I said no, and when the pizzas came out checked them both to make sure they were right (since she didn’t seem to understand my order). The man cooking (I think the owner) was extremely rude to me, and asked if I wanted to check them again. The mushrooms were soggy, canned mushrooms, and the spinach was big globs of obviously previously frozen spinach. Even Pizza Hut has fresh spinach! There was garlic and basil on both, but that was a joke because it was dried spices from a shaker, not fresh. I paid $25 for 2 small pizzas, and could have gone a block over for a large hot and ready from little Caesars for $5 and it would have tasted better. This was all around terrible. I will never go back.

Got their flier in the mail. I’m all about supporting small business so I called, he answered. I place order. Pick up food. Paid for order when I picked up food and food was warm. I’m tight I didnt try their chocolate cake but I will next time I order from them.

This restaurant is very unprofessional. I ordered food for delivery through the Grubhub website and waited over 2 hours for delivery. After calling the restaurant several times, they finally answered on the 5th call. I asked them about my order and they replied, “Oh, we had to cancel because you live too far away.” They could have informed me of this when the order was placed so that I would not have wasted 2 hours waiting. I’m actually glad that the order was cancelled because I would never want to spend my money at an establishment with such bad service. I wish I would have read reviews before placing my order! Don’t waste your time with this restaurant. It is obviously not worth it.

I have ordered personally from here and while at work but the only thing I found satisfying was the young black guy that delivers for them…if he still works there. I was going to request for some menu’s for the Lobby but @8:35pm 07-01-19, called twice and NO ONE answered. So I will be tossing the ones we have in the lobby away. #BADBUSINESS
