Absolutely love this place! The lo mein and fried rice sides are really good and I love crab rangoons, but a place that does them well can be hard to find. Rong Cheng calls theirs “crab cheese wontons” and they’re GOOD. They have become my absolute favorite as of late and I can’t wait to try their sushi too. Takeout is quick and the owners and employees are articulate, helpful, and friendly. This place is located in the other side of the complex, down from King Soopers and it’s unassuming storefront can be easy to miss (but that’s how you know it’s good!) Small and intimate inside but it gets packed! Easy parking.

This place was a rare find. They have incredible sushi!! It’s a small place with just a couple of tables but I tell you what you won’t get better sushi anywhere!! I recommend the Queen’s roll. Ordered lo mein combo…only noodles and a few pieces of chicken in the lo mein. The fried rice had zero vegetables and a few pieces of pork. The egg roll looked about half the size of typical rolls. None of it had much taste. I’ve never had chinese that was so plain.

These folks are amazing and their food is some of the absolute BEST! My son started bringing home entrees from Rong Cheng about a month ago. I enjoyed it so I decided to do dine-in there with a friend. We ordered different items (I’m vegetarian, my friend isn’t) and shared our plates. Every bit of our meal was made to perfection and the service was equally top notch. The restaurant is small but accommodating, and they even have two tables pushed together for a large party (note we went on a Wednesday evening at 6pm and there wasn’t a wait).
