We were driving from Fairbanks to Anchorage and could not find any restaurant open between 4 and 5. We did not have lunch and were really hungry. To our rescue, we found Roni’s Deli and Pizza. The pizza was delicious and being a small place, they added so many toppings on pizza like Pineapple which is not easy to find. We were so glad we ordered from here. Also, since I am vegetarian, I requested them to use a separate knife to cut pizza and they said they keep them very separate, I am super happy.

Fantastic stop in diner! The owner was so kind and let me look at her entire old coke bottle collection! And sent us off with a tiny bottle for my 86 year old grandmother who is also a collector. So very sweet of her, love this place!!!
