Rons has one of the best fish frys in the area. Not to mention, they offer it daily. We used to live in Oconomowoc and frequented it for lunch and dinner. We just visited this week from out of town and had to get our favorite fish fry since a good fish fry is nonexistent in Arizona. Nothing has changed! They still have amazing fish, and one thing I absolutely love and you can rarely get anywhere else is their warm German potato salad as a side! The service is great and friendly, and the atmosphere is totally Wisconsin diner. We can’t wait until next time!

All I had was the chicken dinner. Chicken was excellent. Potatoes were fine. There wasn’t any veggie, though. Coffee was perfect. Service was excellent. Place is sort of hidden behind other buildings, otherwise I would have stopped here 12 years ago.

We went here for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We went mid week later evening so it was quiet- we had great service, very attentive and kind. They have a huge menu- so if you come hungry it’s hard to make a decision!! If you don’t eat meat- they have nice vegetarian options! I usually choose vegetarian but I saw the boom boom shrimp and HAD to try it and it did not disappoint! My husband went for their fish fry and loved it! It was our first time there and we will definitely be back!

They were busy. Ordered food for carryout. Gave them an hours notice. Had to wait another 20 minutes. Chicken was good, fries horrible and soggy. Coleslaw decent. Dinner rolls never enough.

I am specifically rating Easter brunch! It was awful! Tomato juice was watered down, all the food was way over salted! Chicken nuggets were rubbery! This was our second time there for Easter, but I can tell you we will never go back again for any kind of buffet. For $30 per person, the food should have been outstanding! I was extremely disappointed. It ruined our holiday!!! I would have been better if we could have gone in for breakfast and ordered off the menu. Ron’s probably would have made more money that way and just by advertising they were open for breakfast. They would’ve likely gotten a ton of business just from the church across the street. Never again!
