The food tasted great. The cocktails were very nice. I would say our dishes were simple and nicely presented moreso than modern. Service was very good. Our constructive feedback would be the menu is small and the price is high for simple dishes. We enjoyed it but would probably spend our money at AAB or Cumin and Curry. Thanks for a very good experience!

I really wanted to love this place, and there are many good things about it. The sauces are both exotic and finger-licking-good. The shared appetizers combine flavors, textures and colors in creative ways. Unfortunately, the main dishes feel short–they are just cooked meat or veggies covered in sauce. Indian foods need time to absorb the spices.

We decided to try Rooh for our 14 year wedding anniversary. We started with a chai mule which was flavorful. We got two appetizers. The cauliflower was spicy and hot. The beef short rib appetizer was lukewarm and a mushy texture. The seasoning on it was good. The lamp shank tasted like turkey. The butter chicken was a standard good butter chicken. And the beef short rib entree was good. The short rib was pretty tender and the sauce was nice. Overall it was a nice experience and meal, but nothing special.

Excellent experience at Rooh for delicious Indian food! Tried some staples (butter chicken, garlic naan) and their versions did not disappoint – the level of spice in the butter chicken was perfect to sense the heat but not make your nose run. Scallop appetizer was tasty, if small. The eggplant entree had an incredible coconutty sauce – we were basically fighting for the last bit! Dessert pink peppercorn cheesecake was creative and satisfying without being overly sweet. Recommend for a special occasion spot! Service and ambiance were fab as well.

Heavenly!!!! Every bite, every morsel, every sip was magic in my mouth! Hands down, Rooh is the best Indian food experience ever! The service is astonishing, the drinks/food/flavors are gastronomically mind blowing, and the atmosphere is so diverse and cool and vibrant and fun and just so awesome! I am literally obsessed.

I just have one pic that I took because I was so disappointed I didn’t even take pics of the food.

Excellent choice for Indian food. I had the beef short ribs with white rice & naan. The beef was so tender. It melted in my mouth. The curry was absolutely on point. The staff was incredibly friendly. Will be back again if I’m in the area.

Excellent experience and pretty good food. Beautifully decorated interior and very modern fixtures and such. Definitely warmly welcome in Columbus and a source of pride! We are lovers of Indian food and have found ourselves around the world in search of more, more of all cuisine even. And we were of course very happy to find a finer establishment like this that was offering a fusion or sorts, a contemporary spin on Indian cuisine and beautiful cocktails! Amazing presentation and flavours and service! Excited to visit again soon.

My husband and I love this restaurant. Might be our favorite one in Columbus. Always surprising and interesting dishes that taste delicious. Great drinks, too. Would highly recommend.
