This is our first time to dine-in. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The young bartender was helpful to describe the beers on tap with which I was not familiar. I ordered the Stevie-Que brisket with fries and coleslaw. The fries had a good flavor and were plenteous. The coleslaw was in a small plastic container along with the barbeque sauce. I also ordered a side salad which was well assembled. The purple lettuce was slightly bitter (Radicchio?). The shredded brisket had fat in it (my dad would love it) and I will ask for sliced brisket next time. The interior was on the warm side but it was 100° outside and the building faces West. The ownership is involved in the community so kudos for that!

My wife and I came in this evening to try this place for the first time. It was amazing! I had the Roosevelt burger and she had the brisket Mac and cheese. Both were fantastic. The concept isn’t hard like other reviews may lead you to believe. You walk in, grab a menu and order at the counter. Then you sit down and they bring your food. Our waitress was so nice and personable. You could tell she really cares about the place, making sure the food wasn’t dry, asking how things were seasoned, etc. She truly wanted to make sure we enjoyed our food. My wife and I both loved it all and can’t wait to return.

Our family went to eat there tonight. I do not ever leave google reviews but as I sit here STUFFED, I really wanted to write a review. Their brisket was absolutely amazing! Quite possibly the best brisket that I have had. I had the Smothered Comfort and my son had the Brisket Mac-n-Cheese. I would easily order either meal again and be very happy! My husband had a burger and onion rings. He was pleased, as well. Whom I assumed to be, the owner was walking around talking to customers and her husband was out in the trailer smoking more meat. The atmosphere was quiet, fun, and not overwhelming. We will be back and will be recommending to everyone. We are so excited to have this place close to home and can’t wait to introduce our friends to Roosevelt’s!

Went in last night with my family and it was sooo good. I got the Famous Roosevelt, my husband got the brisket sandwich, and my baby got a corn dog ($36). The burger was so delicious. The brisket was some of the best we’ve ever had. The corn dog was huge. The door was clearly marked with a sign saying bar seat yourself and order food proceed to counter, as well as a large sign to meet you saying the same as you walk in. I didn’t mind making my own drink and getting my own refills, sometimes at restaurants you’d rather do that because sometimes service is slower than just doing it yourself. The staff is super nice and made sure we were taken care of. The TVs had two showing sports, two showing kids programs. Kept my husband and child happy. The only thing is the wait for the food was just a little long but with a new restaurant it’ll get better. We will definitely be back and I don’t think they’ll have a problem staying in business.

We placed a large lunch order that the restaurant accommodated fairly quickly. We tried everything from the nachos, to the BBQ sandwich as well as the spicy chicken sandwich. Everything was fresh and hot. The customer service was on point and the story of how this business came about is definitely worth the read. We wish you all the best!

Today was my 1st day trying the Roosevelt bar-and-grill. And my wonderful waitress had asked if I would like to try something off the menu called the peaches burger that she had tried. And well obviously she was convincing… But bear with me It is the best burger i’ve had in a long time hands down. It has onions, pickles, tomatoes, fried egg, cheese, and a 1/2 pound Patty with avocado as well. That burger and once again. I apologize for my language but is the best damn burger I’ve had in a long time. But theor pulled pork eggrolls are so good. And from the experience of their food and there service. My lunch was 10 for 10 no doubt.

They are still getting started here but they still needed to improve a little before opening to the public. Walked and and there was no sign that said self seating or to guide me where to go order and went and set myself at the booth and server came over and told us we were supposed to go to the counter and order prior to setting now did not know that. When the food for me and my friend came out ($35 with tip). got two burgers and onion rings, onion rings came to be $7 and only got maybe $3 worth. Burgers look nothing like the pictures on the review they don’t come with lettuce or tomato they’re standard you have to ask for that special they don’t even offer it. Everything that is in the way of condiments that only come in packets is like you’re at the baseball ballpark, it’s not really obtainable at the table. You have to go get it along with your drinks. It’s pretty much a self-serve place, like a McDonald’s but a little bit bougie. As for the service, I don’t think any of the front of the restaurant staff has had any restaurant experiences prior. “Server”, was nervous, quiet, confused. Some more work and this place might take off. Good luck!

Best brisket I’ve tasted in a long time. The smothered fries reminded me of some back home in chicago cheese fries. My wife really enjoyed the drinks. I will definitely be coming back
