Definitely elevated Vietnamese food, maybe even fusion with some dishes. The gin and juzu cocktail was phenomenal. My partner tried it and he doesn’t even drink gin. The Panko crusted curry ball was tasty as it was crispy stuff stuffed with not enough meat for the price but the curry sauce had the perfect amount of flavor and spice for those that like spice and those that can’t handle spice. The Chinese sausage spring roll was a let down. The seafood dish was good but was a lot of work to de-shell everything. The salad was bright and perfect for a hot day. Came with free cold rice porridge. Must order everything all at once according to the server.

As a Vietnamese myself, this place make me feel like home, like I’m back to Vietnam. With a modern twist, cozy ambiance and the old Vietnamese newspapers wall. Unique cocktails and Vietnamese-inspired dishes, it’s one of a kind and definitely not your typical Vietnamese restaurant in your imagine. Check this place out, happy that it’s finally opening back!!!

I saw this place from a random guy on YouTube, and I loved it. It’s a tiny venue that’s always full even when the other spots around town are empty…even the ones on the main drag. I came back a couple nights in a row because they did such a good job. I sat at the bar and got great recommendations from the bartender. It’s tough to get in if you’re not alone and willing to sit at the bar, so plan ahead! Everything on the menu, food and drinks, is great. You have to try it!

Overall okay, my husband got the pork salad and didn’t enjoy it that much, and our main dish the beef noodles was alright as well. Average dishes, shareable portions as well. The service was good, always checked in with us throughout our dinner. But overall the dishes were just okay!

Another popular restaurant in Palm Spring which not just a hype but the food is delish too. Drinks and food came out fast, service is friendly, quick and spot on. The only downside, they dont have dessert.

The food here is so unique and full of flavor! The verbage used on the menu can be confusing and every menu item has long, descriptive names (which makes ordering a mouthful) but everything on the menu is well thought out and absolutely delicious. I particularly like their chicken wing appetizer and the chicken curry ball which looks awesome and is so yummy!

The wait is a bit long, so prepare yourself. However, the food is well worth the wait.

This place is a must. Shrimp and mango spring rolls, lemongrass pork and shrimp rice noodle bowl, and 5 spice crispy chicken was all amazing. Staff was very friendly, nice shaded outdoor seating. Order ahead online and eat on the patio or order at the counter. Highly recommend!

We ordered most of the menu and everything was amazing. They don’t take reservations, so you just have to be willing to wait it out. The vibe of the restaurant was chill and the service was top notch. I have nothing but good things to say about Rooster and the Pig!
