I’m a regular customer, The only reason I’m giving a five for service is because the new waitress was polite and accommodating, we were greeted with a kind smile when we took our seats. She grabbed our drinks immediately and made sure they were never empty.

Service was great love the music bingo. Fried okra was good, shrimp and grits were ok. Needed more seasoning. Pork skins were ok to. Seems like they had been reheated cause they were hard. I get these at other place and they are easy to bite into.

Honestly I would come here a lot to get to go orders on my way home from work. But I will never be going back. We put in a to go order @6:26 pm to be picked up at 8:15 pm. When I got there to get the order some girl immediately told me they were closed (they close at 9). I told her i had a to go order and she said “oh, we don’t have it. We didn’t receive it”. I then told her it was placed earlier in the day, then their story switched up. They all of a sudden knew exactly what I ordered and said they were unable to make it because of equipment issues. I totally get it, things like that happen, but first of all, don’t lie. Second let a customer know beforehand if their food is not going to be made and you’re closing early. They had all of our information on the to go order to contact us. When I got there it was 8:20 pm and now I’m standing there being told I don’t have any food to eat, when we paid almost $70. They literally had two whole hours to let us know, it was completely unacceptable.

I rarely give one star reviews but this one is necessary. Tried to eat here today. Walked up to the window and ordered a chicken salad sandwich to go. Went and used the restroom. Came back to the window and the guy told me it would be about 5 minutes. After watching the girl, Victoria, who was supposed to be making my sandwich play on her phone for another 3 or 4 minutes I asked for my money back and left. She told me she was talking to her boss. I don’t care who you’re talking too! You have customers waiting for food!

We went here today to try it for the first time. I will not be back. They will see Jesus Christ before I ever go back. When we got there. there were two couples sitting together, one guy at the bar drinking .and two other guys sitting having a beer. Because the waitress was to focused on the guys drinking beer and catering to them and flirting. She sat down at the bar and she saw us when we walked in.after 15 minutes she finally came over to take our order. We ordered an appetizer of Mac & Cheese balls which was the only decent thing to eat after it took 20 mi urea to get. My sister ordered a fried bologna sandwich with fries (which ware ice cold) I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with tator tots. It was inedible. The sandwich meat looked dry and my tots were ice cold. I asked her to take it off our bill along with the hushpuppies that never came. Two other couples came in. The server catered to the men who were there getting them drinks. She acted like we were a bother.and got mad when I asked for the food to be taken off. Sad because I was really upset that this place was not what I had expected! Need to get it together? We were so disappointed!

Wife pick up our order first time ever eating here but will be the last paid almost 75 bucks and my kid’s drinks was nothing but carbonation and that’s not it about 4 wings in bit into the 5th and someone’s hair in my wing
