Waitress was short and had a slick response with everything. I have videos no one face is featured only voices. I even had to ask her not to involve me as I was trying to calm situations and eat. We didn’t receive our happy hour discount for drinks, We were not allowed to order tater tots without toppings as an appetizers. It is on the menu as appetizers and side dish we were told they could come plain unless side dish which only fed 1 and the whole table wanted some. So we waited 30 minutes for our food for it all to come out cold dry and swimming in sauce/grease to hide imperfections. EVERYTHING literally I have a before and after the remake pictures. We went because we were hungry and tired from a community service project never expected this level of service. The managers apologized remade all food and 15% off receipt. Overall the thing that stands out the most is the waitress I was literally begging the girls not to snap back on her, I just wanted to eat!

There are only a couple people that answer the phone that actually know the menu. I understand training new staff can be hard but come on, this has been a problem for the past year. Management (if there is any) needs to do better.

Let me tell you I’ve been in thousands of these so call American Bars !!! These one has to be one of the bests !! The Burgers!! Smoky awesome !!! Sports Bar ! By far the coolest atmosphere!! Get early in the weekends ! The place gets pack !! Because of the food !! Props and high stars for the cooks and Cheffs that you don’t get to see !!! The tv screens!! Yes indeed !! Buckeye nation ! And brOwnies !! You don’t want to mess with the browns fans !! The team is going geothermal transitions !! Overall this joint is superb !! The food is awesome !! Well it’s noisy so if you aren’t ready this place is ain’t for ya !!! Americans are passion about their football !! Wear your colors and enjoy a great place to eat!! And don’t forget to tip the staff !! They work as hard as you !! And be patient just like the rest of the country they are short of staff ! And most of the places are running on fumes !!and might be overworked!! You can’t even tell most of the times !! !because they are smiling!! The French fries !! The best !!
