Definitely stop by The ABQ Collective to catch Root 66 Food Truck & Ruby Reds Vegan! They have delicious food for everyone. Some of the favorites are the loaded brisket nachos, burritos, bbq beast sandwich, philly cheesesteak, BLT & so much more. Ensure to keep going back because they always have special plates and great guest food trucks. Highly recommend! Plus while there can always grab a vegan coffee or specialty seasonal drink and some vegan desserts.
