My first experience and most definitely my last. Mrs Roper was very rude she needs to retire. She’s got a ( I don’t want to be here) attitude with every customer and was even rude with the customer that ordered after me. The food was ok but had better. The rib tips were a little tough but the barbecue sauce threw it off. Don’t really care to eat here anymore

I used to love going to Roper’s Ribs, and if ever I got get the chance I would go, but the last time I was there I felt very disrespected. The lady that took my order was so rude I was mind-blown. I have never been there and treated so horribly. I wanted a rib tips and snoot plate so bad, but after this experience I just decided to ask for a refund and I don’t think I will ever return. After she heard me telling someone on the phone about it while I was waiting for her to refund my money, she finally condescendingly apologized. I also told her I apologized if had unknowing did or said something out the way. Of course she blew me off.. and it took a week for my refund to come back but I am still so very disappointed about the whole ordeal. I hope no one else ever has this experience there because it will ruin your appetite, or make you wish you never spent your money.
