We tried Rosa for brunch. It is unique and has a spicy edge to it but still offers some classic brunch dishes. We tried the breakfast burrito, fish tacos, and biscuits with spicy gravy. The mimosas are made with freshly squeezed orange juice—the only way.

It was pretty quiet but started to fill up as we were getting ready to leave. Looks like the dinner groups get in around 7pm. Sat at the bar and had decent service. Drinks are absolutely strong and pretty decent liquor options. Both meals were good too! Chips are a paid item here, It’s only the one serving, but it comes with guac.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! We went for brunch on a Sunday. I had the Biscuit with Gravy. (Chorizo and green chili gravy topped with eggs ) and my BF had the chorizo and fried shrimp tacos. We also had the chips and queso which were excellent! Now let’s talk about the drinks. I started with a margarita Rosa. It’s their frozen margarita with a Rosa floater. Delicious. I let the bartender (Josh) make me whatever he wanted and he served me up a hibiscus tea and mezcal margarita. SO wonderful. The atmosphere is chill and all the staff were incredibly friendly. We live downtown so I feel safe to say we have a new brunch spot I will be back to try dinner though!

Great new Downtown Tulsa spot (w/ patio!) for tacos and margaritas or weekend brunch fare. This is definitely going to be the go-to spot for a quick bite and drink prior to a show at the BOK but, having been in now a couple of times during the day, also a fantastic spot to set up camp for your next “Sunday Funday.”

Great food and great service. We had the Barbacoa tacos as an entree and the nachos as an appetizer. Joey T was a great waiter and Deborah (one of the managers) constantly checked on everyone in the restaurant to make sure they were taken care of. Definitely will be back.

Ordered grilled fish taco and spicy margarita. Little disappointed with the grilled fish taco as it has no cabbage slaw or crema sauce with it. I been eating Mexican food for last 40 years in USA & can easily tell when the chef cut the corners. I have attached two photos. One from their FB page of taco with cabbage slaw and crema while other they served me. Didn’t like the food honeltly.
