I have loved this place for years, so excited to see them in a physical location with an expanded menu compared to their food truck. Everything I’ve ever gotten from here has always been freshly made and delicious. My personal favorite is the pupusas!

Best popusas, tortas and birria tacos in town, they moved their food truck to their restaurant, They also have ice cream. Love the food, recommended.

Best pupusas in town. Full stop. I can’t wait for them to open their permanent restaurant which seems close to completion. For now, I’ll happily pull up to their food truck that imparts Salvadorian mana from the heavens.

I’m from out of state staying in Omaha for work. Haven’t been able to find amazing street tacos until I found this place! I loved them so much I came back later the same day for more. Highly recommend the carnitas tacos with the green sauce.

Move over my usual go-to food, I’ve found a new favorite! In the past, I’ve eaten from what I thought were some true authentic Hispanic eateries… and they still are, yet now I know that those eateries have added just a bit of American taste into their fare. Rosari’s though — this is the real deal! The whole family loves Rosari’s – including my wife, who has never really liked Hispanic food before, until now (she totally digs Rosari’s)! It’s ALL good period — full stop. The Street Corn (one of my personal favorites), the Red Tacos, you name it (yum)!… and this may sound a bit corny, but it’s cooked from the heart, too. The owner has a heart ‘n spirit of gold — always a joy going to buy food from her… so to summarize – want some good eats and a surprise treat? Eat at Rosari’s: She’s got the goods (food)!

I ordered the cheesy beef birria to split with my girlfriend. Perfect amount of food to split between us for $14, and it was delicious. The consommé was awesome, and the cheese was perfectly melty and stretchy.

Still a food truck right now, though they’re moving into the real building soon.
