OKAY, I think they got new cooks, AND NOTHING WAS THE SAME. Their sauces are SO good. And I’m not sure if the addition of the pollo a la brasa is recent, BUT THEY SNAPPED. And their ceviche? Pretty good. Love this place.

Comfort food Peruvian style. Not the Sheashea gourmet Peruvian food you might get in Beverly Hills. This is the stuff that fills you and makes you feel good. Cooked fresh and just what we needed on a road trip.

My family and I were craving some peruvian food while we were in Bakersfield visiting. We ordered Bistek a lo pobre, Chaufa and Lomo Saltado and everything was delicious. Great price, service and great food.
