Ordered a Chicago style deep dish pizza and sodas. We decided to eat in thinking how much better pizza is when hot and the cheese gooey. He asked for my name for the pizza and we sat at a table close to the counter. Didn’t think a lot about it because I know these take a while to cook. At about 30 minutes we were expecting to have the pizza. My wife heard the guy that took our order say to another employee oh they are back. Well we never left. She grabs our pizza out of a cabinet and brings it to us. While the pizza was still tasty it was warm at best. Unfortunately they failed in quality expectation and customer service resulting in a so so experience. I left a tip when ordering. I am finding more I need to carry some cash and determine the tip after the service when visiting establishments with this pre tip process.

First visit here was pleasantly surprised with the fast service awesome and friendly staff and fresh and crispness of the pizza. Warm and welcoming for sure!! Just like our neighborhood Rosatis back in Illinois area. Loved the pizzas there today

Although I have never been to Chicago. This little hidden place before Harkins Theater is just the place to eat before watching a good movie. We had the Meat ball spaghetti with meat marinara and it was good. We also had the chicken parmigiana the chicken was alright but had flavor but once again the pasta was just right on point. I am not a fan of greens but the Caesar Salad was good and I know this because I grew up in the city who created it. Definitely my new place to go eat or order for pick up

I’m from Chicago. My wife is from Aurora IL. We get Rosatis almost every time we go home. My dad actually drove delivery for the original Rosatis out in Aurora a few years ago. The pizza was pretty good. Almost as good as the original. Great job

The Alfredo was excellent. The spaghetti marinara and meatballs were delicious. I’m pretty sure they were homemade. So yummy! Very nice staff. Can’t wait to go back.

This is the second time buying pizza here, first time was great! Pizza, wings and experience was all great. So we were excited to order again tonight… we just bought 2 pepperoni pizzas. My 2 teenage boys and my husband swallowed the first pizza … I ate my salad first then grabbed a pizza when I noticed the dough wasn’t cooked fully. Second pizza will be going in the trash…hopefully my boys don’t get sick.

I was very hopeful as I’m from Chicago and I love Rosati’s and we go over to the one in Maricopa at least once a week so I was really excited to have one here locally. That being said it was awful it was burned it was certainly not Chicago-style deep-dish I’m not certain at all what the sauce was … and the pepperoni actually looked and tasted more like salami we literally did not even eat a whole piece it went right into the trash I guess we’ll just have to keep making our weekly trip to maricopa
