BUYER BEWARE!!! This was my first time visiting. I asked the guy about chicken he said here’s a menu. I scanned the menu decided upon boneless chicken he said ok your total is $17 and some change. I was very confused. He then stated oh they haven’t updated the menu that price is incorrect. Is this how you run your business? Highly unacceptable I won’t be back. The food was mediocre at best. Customer service is trash no ownership. Good luck with your future business. If you’re going to over pay and deal with trash customer service then go to Popeyes where the chicken will atleast be good.

Ordered 50+ individual slices for school staff. They were able to get these for us prior to their normal operating hours. Pizza was hot when I picked up and the order was perfect. Jerry was very accommodating and even called later in the day to make sure things went well. I am very impressed with their customer service, will definitely be back!

This place has amazing food. I have yet to find one thing on their menu that wasn’t great. The staff is super nice and helpful. When i order delivery, it is fast and just as hot as when it came out of the oven. Easily 5 star place!

We just picked up a pizza from Rosati’s – the first time we have tried the Tinley Park location. The pizza crust was chewy, not at all crispy, – unusual for a thin crust. The pizza wasn’t even hot. I would have been better off buying a frozen pizza and cooking it myself. What a disappointment! Anyway, lesson learned. The gentleman at the counter was friendly – that’s the reason for the two star rating, instead of a one star.

ordered delivery and it came when they said it would and it was hot like it was fresh out the oven! even ordering on the phone was amazing he repeated everything i ordered and the order came just like that! will definitely be making this a regular pizza spot!!!! and of course the food was delicious!
