I asked the drive how his day was and he saw that as an opportunity to complain about the tip. I said ok well have a good day and he kept complaining. Not that I expect much, but I expect better than that. I delivered pizzas for years and can’t imagine complaining about a tip to a customer

Ordered a pepperoni and jalapeno pizza. Received a pizza with with peppers coating and clumped across the entire pizza and 2 visible pieces of pepperoni. Called to discuss the order and they said there is nothing they can do. Would not recommend this location under any circumstances.

This delivery driver bought my food with they nasty chicken fettuccine Alfredo, I handed the man $21.26 my meal was $20.26 I gave a dollar tip even after his shaking ssa left my soda on the ground but after I tried to call to order some Alfredo with the nasty chicken the man gone say my delivery person said you didn’t tip and made it seem like I’m obligated to pay the man more then what I paid when his rude ssa didn’t deserve it . Let alone why would I give a bigger tip just because y’all crusty ssa can’t pay them what they worth .

I’ve been eating Rosati’s pizza for over 40 years and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed in the quality of the food. This is the first time I’ve ordered from this particular location and I’ve recently ordered from several other locations that were excellent, per usual. The ingredients were scarce. I ordered an 18 in with pepperoni and sausage and over half the pieces did not have even part of the sausage on the slice. I love cheese so I always order extra and with most Rosita’s pizzas this means I get a lot of cheese. I’m pretty sure this wasn’t even as much cheese as a regular order from other locations. What really sent me over the edge and caused me to leave this review was the absurdly small piece of tiramisu. You can see from the photo I posted that it’s maybe four bites and that’s with the fork they supplied. Hardly worth $7 even though it’s great because they can’t cheap out on ingredients for this menu item. Thankfully there are enough locations nearby that have always been great. I will definitely wait a while to try this location again.

The food is good, but they charge over $4 for delivery. Everyplace else does free pizza delivery, so this was a huge surprise. So all in all, it was $32 for a medium 3 topping pizza (including $2 tip) The only reason why I didn’t decide to cancel the order was because I misheard the person on the other line. I thought she said the total was $21 not $29

We were in town, with 50 people, for a skate competition. We decided last minute to have pizza back at the hotel. We ordered 15 xl pizzas. Rosati’s pizza was a great choice. Skaters and parents loved it. Service was great at pickup, pizzas were hot and they helped us load them in the car. We look forward to returning on our next visit to WI. Thanks

I hate to come off a little too harsh because I do like Rosati‘s Pizza when it’s made right. My family and I have eaten a lot of pizza from this location. And plenty of times it’s a really good pizza. But last night it was at least the third or fourth time the crust tasted like cardboard and I’ve had a couple other times when the sauce tasted like just tomato sauce. So maybe this will raise a little attention and somehow get them to be consistent.

Feeding 30 people is no small task. Today we enjoyed Fiesta Di Italia and of course added a full pan of the chicken! The food arrived on time. Hot and delicious. The delivery trays make it easy to set up and enjoy. It isn’t often this office is quiet until you have awesome food in front of them. The marinara on the pasta is outstanding and the perfect thing to dip your garlic bread in! Thank you David and Team for an awesome lunch today!
