I order a chopped salad it was very good, fresh and full of flavor in every bite, I got a small “12” inch pizza it was hot and fresh it’s just missing that kick of flavor to it ( season). The Customer Service Representative was polite. I have ate here before. I was told it would be “20” minutes for my order to be ready and it was ready on time.

Would not honor a coupon on their website even when I presented them with the coupon by logging on to their exact Menomonee Falls part of the site. This is the second time this has happened and they blamed it on their systems and saying it was something wrong on our end. This is not good business. We wouldn’t have ordered the “free” extra the coupon offered. We ended up paying for the “free” extra and now feel like this is one of their upselling tactics. Proceed with caution. We will not be back.

The M.Falls 3rd of July parade brought me to this “hidden gem”/Rosati’s Pizza. They have MORE than pizza; I had a fabulous Italian Beef sand., another friend the moz.sticks, my (new) friends PIZZA, PIZZA, PIZZA(3 ordered) and the service was fast & friendly!!! I’ll definitely be back or “DDash/GrbH” from Rosati’s. DELICIOUS and more…thank you to your hard working group:)

Love this pizza BUT the last 3 times I ordered it there was little to no sauce on it the 3rd time I asked for extra sauce to no avail. The ONLY thing that sets your pizza apart is your sauce- stop dispensing it with an eye dropper.

Solid pizza place. Thin, hand tossed, or deep dish are all solid options. Love the fried breadsticks. I am not a major fan of cracker crust but if it’s out of Rosati’s I’m not walking away hungry.
