Pizza is great, pasta was cold and seemed like it was cooked earlier and refrigerated. Noodles were mushy. Caesar salad had tons of black pieces and was completely wilted. Spending 50+ plus being generous leaving a tip even though we picked up is disappointing for what we got.

They’ve changed their recipe for the deep dish pizza…. It’s so disappointing now. Bland, dry crust. Much more stingy on the toppings. They’ve changed the dough nuggets, too. Not nearly as good. I doubt we’ll be going back any time soon at all.

When food arrived the mozzarella sticks were cold. The pizza is okay but it seem as those it had been sitting awhile before being delivered. Also the website they use for orders said the deep dish cookie would come with ice cream but they no longer provide ice cream..although they did offer a refund for cookie, they really should look into changing that. The cookie also was wayy too sweet that even the kiddos didn’t eat it. Overall only the pizza was good but not really worth 18.00 for a small.

I had a great experience at this location! The dough nuggets were fantastic, the deep dish was tasty, and the kitchen manager was an attentive server and friendly- he and made a rough day better 🙂 I ate in and everything was fresh and timely. I will say that the booths needed a wipe down and the deep dish crust was a bit dry and crispy on the sides. The underside of the pizza was beautiful though!

Ordered pizza today and got take out. Pizza was ready when they said it would be done. It was hot and the pizza tasted amazing. The new management has taken the time to ensure quality as you can tell by the taste of the pizza! Thank you!!!!! Another great business here in Watertown!

This place really messed up tonite! I went to pick up my pizza and they did not make it! I was upset! But, they bent over BACKWARDS to fix their mistake! They went over and above and really didn’t have to, thank you Rosatis! I’m not used to getting treated like I matter as a customer, anywhere, anymore. Thanks again, we will always be back!! So if you want delicious food and to be treated like your business matters, go to Rosatis!***UPDATE 9/1/23–Decided to take another chance on this place and of course disappointment. Did not get the garlic bread that comes with the meal. But of course if I want to go clear across town I can come get it. Now I know these people just don’t care, this is the 3rd time they have done something wrong with my order! The food is good but the frustration isn’t worth it! Advice if you are getting Rodatis, don’t get delivery, don’t come when they say to pick up, give it 15 extra minutes and CHECK YOUR ORDER!

We’ve tried ordering the Chicago Deep Dish pizza, but keep getting a regular pizza with the crust folded over. Twice they gave us credits, 3 times the pizza was a disappointment. We will not be ordering from them again. There are too many other pizza places in town, with better value and better tasting.
