We ordered a medium stuffed mushroom and spinach pizza for a vegetarian and instead received a SMALL thin crust mushroom, spinach, and SAUSAGE. The pizza also looks very uncooked. I cannot eat it even If I wanted to because it has sausage on it. We also ordered mozzarella sticks and 2 orders of fries. All of which were disgusting because they were DRENCHED in grease and cold. We also ordered a large cheese pizza and it was cold and half of it wasn’t even sliced. We also ordered 2 orders of cannoli’s and one order of Zepolie and they were missing from the order. We had to wait almost 2 and a half hours for it to be delivered and when it was delivered the driver said they were “lost” but we never got a call asking for directions or to give an update. We tried to call them right after we noticed that they MASSIVELY messed up but they had JUST closed so they declined the calls. So they will be getting a call from me in the morning. To make matters worse, they didn’t even give us a receipt so hopefully they don’t try to screw us over by saying we didn’t order what we actually did. This place used to be SO good and delicious but this monstrosity of a mess up is SO bad that you would think that kindergarteners were running the whole restaurant. Then again, I think calling them kindergarteners would still be a compliment because even kindergarteners can follow simple directions.

Been waiting 20 minutes, no food… ready to leave. They finally bring the food and only got half of it ordered apparently and the chicken Parm is Baked Ziti with a few chicken nuggets on the bottom… so on top of being ridiculously expensive the service is terrible Its very hot in there and the people here aren’t friendly we will not be back and I do not recommend at all we ended up taking our food to go, its the only thing worth mentioning (the decent food)

We usually order on a weekend and love the delivery lady we get. Tonight was the worst! I orders through the rewards account per usual around 6:45, order was confirmed for delivery @7:50. By 8:30 I tried called to see how much longer. After 4 calls and 15 mins, someone finally picked up. He said that our food was leaving out the door now and will be there shortly then hung up on me!! ! 9:00 came nothing, and of course no one is answering AGAIN! I will be contacting the owner in the morning! If you can’t make the delivery in time .. we get it, everyone is short staffed. Food showed up finally 9:35 … 3 hours after we ordered and cold and like it had been thrown around before it got here….. disgusting and we throw it out!!! By this time we picked up something else for dinner be honest with your customers. We considered ourselves loyal to Rosatis because my husband loves it…. but this is completely unacceptable! Will be contacting corporate in the morning as well

Order showed up on time, but the pizza was dry with almost no sauce, I got a bacon pizza and it had very little bacon on it, the wings weren’t as “jumbo” as the menu would have you think but weren’t terrible once I mopped off the sauce they were drowning in.

Monday 7/10/23 I ordered pizza and cheese bread sticks from the Kenosha, WI restaurant at 6:08pm (online). Pizza didn’t show up until 7:54pm… 106 minutes!! I paid $44.00 for extremely slow service and lukewarm food.I called after 80 minutes and it still took the food another 26 minutes. The estimated time was 60 minutes (still too long). Supposedly I’m getting a $10.00 credit. $10.00 doesn’t cut it for me. Terrible/shoddy service. I will file a complaint with corporate headquarters after I’m done eating my cold pizza.

Used to love this location, I don’t know what may have changed here lately but our Chicago style pizza we just ordered tasted like something cheap you get out of a frozen pizza isle. Ordered online said my order would be done in 25 mins, actually took an hour and a half. Had to sit in the parking lot for over an hour.. and there was no payoff, the pizza was terrible. 🙁

I needed to order food for a men’s college team traveling from Iowa on a Sunday. Ron and Angie went out of their way to be sure we got everything we needed and even waited longer than the drop off time due a game delay so the pizzas would stay warm. The pizza was excellent and the service was exceptional. I can’t say enough good things about these people or the food.

The four cheese ravioli and chicken penne were delicious, and the antipasto salad was incredible. Two people got two meals each from those three dishes. They tasted like the ingredients were fresh and top quality.

We placed an order online at 5:30 on Uber Eats that said the wait time was 15 – 30 minutes. At 6:30 pm they called us to tell us they were out of lettuce and needed to substitute fries for our salads. By 7:15 our order still hadn’t arrived. My husband called for an update and was put on hold for 6+ minutes, so I called on another line and was told that they were walking out the door with our order. It is now 7:45 PM and we still don’t have our order that we placed at 5:30 PM.
