Pizza was hot and very tasty, even though it was a bit on the salty side. The outer end was perfectly crispy, but the center was slightly not as crispy. $26 for a 16″ Super Supreme after tax is still a really good bargain. Will definitely come back again.

This was an awful experience. Ordered through doordash. The food was cold, the wait was terrible. The pepperoni pizza was burnt. Paid close to 90$ for a terrible experience. The app said the delivery was arriving in 2 minutes every two minutes for 45 minutes. When I called I was met with aditude and not even an offer to discount my order or a coupon.

I don’t know if Rosati’s has changed owners but something has changed. The sauce isn’t the same and the quality just wasn’t as good. Not to mention, their prices have just skyrocketed. Bought a calzone last night and jalapeno poppers and it was over $30. The calzone was barely cooked through. The cheese wasn’t even stretchy, it was like a lump inside the calzone. The sauce wasn’t good at all. The side of sauce they give you was not good and was ice cold. It’s been going downhill for a while now and this last order killed it. I will not be ordering anymore. I will go ahead and go to Next Door Pub from now on.

We were in town for vacation we stopped there bc it was a long day we figured you couldn’t wrong with rosatis. We waited almost an hour for a sit down dinner when we finally had enough and we were going to ask for a refund suddenly the food was ready. We were sick of waiting so we went back to our hotel not only did they get each of our orders wrong it was all dry, it tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp for forever. The worst part raw chicken. We gave up eating anything from then after that. We saw alot of people standing around the place needs new management or needs to be closed down. Me and my family will be taking our money elsewhere

It’s a fine place I like the atmosphere was able to play a pinball machine waiting for my pizza. But my boyfriend ordered a Chicago deep dish and the crust just wasn’t for me. The inside like the toppings weren’t bad. The crust was hard and no taste to it.

We WERE regular pizza customers..BUT now I do NOT want to order anymore…I do NOT LIKE be TAKEN! Do you SERIOUSLY THINK we cannot TELL a FRESH BAKED PIZZA from a REHEATED ONE? GIVE ME A BREAK….I am ITALIAN….WE KNOW. YOU GAVE us a reheated pizza!!!! NO DOUBT about it. A FRESH baked pizza will always have cheese that STRETCHES….and is pliable. EVERYONE knows the next day when you reheat one, the cheese is hard and does NOT stretch anymore…it is more hardened. THAT IS WHAT YOU SOLD US!!!!!!!! SHAME on you….my hubby wants to keep ordering cause he thinks it’s not a big deal…he doesn’t want to complain either…NOT ME…I hate being TAKEN ADVANTAGE of and that is what YOU DID!!!!

Pasqual, the manager, has the literal worst customer service I have ever heard. We called I ask for a refund after a 2 hour late delivery (told 30 minutes when ordering, took 135 minutes) of cold, hard pizza and chicken tenders. The response we got was that he would absolutely not do anything due to us not calling last night. We had. Twice. Asking where our food was. Will never order again from Rosati’s Lake Geneva.
