Just move to the area and this my First time ordering from Rosatis must say the on line ordering was very easy and estimated time of pick was on target following the process of where my order was during the cooking process and the time it would be ready was a plus.

Placed a phone order for pick up. The young lady said about 30 mins. When I gotten there the pick up area was a bit backed up. The girl said they’re running about 15 mins behind and politely apologized for the wait. She was very pleasant and professional. 2 pizzas and wings were ordered. It was worth the wait and the food was delicious!

Front counter help not very engaging with me. Seemed like she was not interested in representing the “face” of the business. I felt like she was distracted by something else… maybe not but, when you are in a position like that, you should have a smile on your face and be interested and engaged with the customer to make them feel welcomed.
