I don’t recommend this place we use Uber eat after the delivery we start eating pizza I found DEAD BUG right away. I call Rosati’s pizza and I spoke with the manager did not even apologize. They told me to call Uber eats for a refund.

I got a regular cheese thin crust pizza which looked good BUT the double dough pizza was not even cut besides the outer corners like they knew if they cut it themselves it would’ve been completely destroyed. The cheese in the center of the pizza was not even melted properly, so when I had to cut it MYSELF it was indeed destroyed into a big sloppy mess! For the price I paid we will not be ordering from here again. I should’ve read the reviews first because someone had bugs on their pizza!! Which totally ruined my appetite and I won’t even finish eating. This place should be closed for inspection and get new management…

Good place to go to Rosati’s pizza in Vernon Hills. I go there very often, but they upgraded their menu panels and lightnings. It’s much better than before, and new management is also plus….

Man with red dot on his face literally went in the back to check for pizza slices grabbed a pizza slice out the box with his hand handed it to another man and then when I asked him I know he didnt just grab the pizza with his hand insisted it was his personal slice as I watched the man he handed it to box it and hand it back to him over the counter thing between them and then hand it to a customer like huhhhhhhh

The only good thing was the service. Nice lady that took my order. I took my pizza with me home and started eating it within 10 mins of picking it up. EVERY SINGLE piece had all the toppings come off as I took a bite. I tried to hold them on but it’s annoying having to do that. It wasn’t cold but it seemed like it with all the toppings coming off all together. Not great taste either. Also got mushrooms and those were WAY over cooked. This was my first try at a Chicago pizza and I was referred to Rosati’s. Won’t go back
