I hate to give one star and complain about price, but here goes. $48 for a small cheese and XL 3 topping. Sure if one was deep dish, but these were both thin crust. Picture shows lack of toppings. They used to load the toppings. I understand price increases because of supply chain issues, etc. I’m inside paying and make a comment about $50 is a little excessive for two pizzas… Another employee walks up, asks if I have a coupon. I respond no I was unaware. She says oh there’s a free small cheese pizza coupon. So you’re going to tell me about a coupon that I don’t know exist or where to find, but not offer the coupon to me?? Will not be dining here anymore. I’d rather drive to Pell Lake and go to Upper Crust.

We just had the best experience here yesterday. We came after funeral services with approx. 25 people. The staff and owner were so accommodating, thoughtful, helpful, and caring. We called ahead so they were expecting us. The food was great as well and they offered us different options for pricing/packages. The service was also impeccable. I think we found a new place to stop. They made a not so good day a little bit better. Thank you Richmond Rosati’s for your kindness. We all took note and appreciated it. We will be back!

Thanks Rosatis. We spent $70 on this gem. They said they’d replace it in 30 minutes which would have been appreciated. However we’re now 3 hours and 10 minutes into my order and they can’t find the driver.

Went to rosatis around 4:30 tonight, Saturday, thinking we could get in and out before the dinner rush. Boy were we wrong. Ordered garlic bread appetizer and two beef sandwiches. An hour and a half later we finally got the bread. Granted they had a party if 20 in there, but they had ample people to help. It was the worse service ever and I would not recommend going there EVER. It was a horrible experience.

Brian was great. The food was awesome. They came set it all up for our wedding party of 100. The food was perfect. Everything was hot. Chicken was crispy. I am so glad we went them. Our guests had nothing but compliments on the food. Thank you guys for helping making our day great.
