Had a simple order of two pizzas and a salad on 7/7/23 for pickup. When I arrived I asked if my order was ready and they said I had to wait. After 10 minutes and a cashier change I asked how much longer my order would be. THE ORER WAS READY THE ENTIRE TIME! The first cashier never actually looked at all the ready orders and the second cashier never even asked what they name of my order was to let me know when it was ready.

We ordered the Sausage Supreme thin crust. The Crust was crispy, and the quantity of toppings was above expectations. Finally a pizza where you can actually taste the peppers and onions! We live in Sycamore, and drive to Dekalb to get our pizza from Rosati’s. The Dekalb location just seems to be so much better!

Pizza was good. Would recommend going to any other pizza place. Called store and asked when they served slices till. Was told 3pm got there at 130 and told we stop making slices at 1. Lady behind the counter was horrible slow and could hardly understand her and probably sick with how much she coughed. Would definitely not recommend. I’ll gladly drive to Sycamore or elburn to avoid this place.

They have a few tables at this location so we ended up eating there. I love their food up North is the best rosati’s but you have to go to the ones above Kankakee. I would recommend rosati’s and you should stop and try it out. One of the best Pizza in Illinois.

Service was very sub par. For starters the cheese pizza slice that I ordered didn’t even have cheese all over it. Secondly I went in at lunch time while they run the lunch special it would’ve been nice to have been offered a drink with my slice or even some Parmesan or pepper or anything but I wasn’t. I could see if they were super busy but I was the only one in the lobby.

First time trying this location, and we’re not impressed. The BBQ wings had basically no sauce on them and the 10in “deep dish” that we got was very short on ingredients and the smallest, thinnest Chicago style pizza I have ever seen.

Not happy with my first order at this location. Order on the receipt was correct, but the food was way under par from my usual Rosati’s experience. Meatballs were WAY over cooked, my mostaccioli didn’t have mozzarella cheese as requested, and the amount was about half the usual when i order this.
