We were talked into ordering through a separate app. We have a tip before it was even delivered. Our meal was dropped off on our front porch on a cold day so that by the time we got to eat our food it was already cold! But even if it was hot, this food was meh! Save your self the crazy money you pay and go buy bertoli from jewel it’s way better! The chicken was over cooked. It was awful! Your refusal to even offer to make it right really speaks to your 3.5 rating! No need to respond just want people to know not to eat here

ELBURN . Disappointed. Barely any meat in chicken parm ( 2 small strips). No meat in lasagna. We have eaten here for years and it was always great, not sure what’s happened, hope they fix it!! Not sure about SugarGrove or Yorkville locations…

I like my local Rosatis a lot but I have never been to this location so I thought I would give it a try. They have a deal where you get two slices for $7. I wanted pepperoni but they only had one slice in their pizza rack so I asked if any fresh pepperoni was coming up and was bluntly told “no”. So I got one slice of sausage and one slice of cheese, and asked for some parmesan cheese. The slice of sausage pizza was so old and hard it had probably been sitting for a couple hours, the cheese along the edge was hard as a rock and where the sauce was showing it was brown and hard, old. The slice of cheese was marginally better but was still old with hardened cheese. Not to mention it tasted bad, not like good fresh pizza. Also, I was given red pepper flakes instead of parmesan like I asked for. And to top it off the young girl that rang me up and grabbed the pizza for me had a rude demeanor, like she didnt want to be there. Poor customer service and poor pizza gets a poor rating, I should have ate somewhere else.

This pizza place took almost 2 hours to deliver, I called and the young man lied stating they hold off on making the pizza till they are ready to deliver! He lied because our pizza and wings were cold we spent just about $50 and we understand busy but cold is not acceptable, we ordered another time for half cheese and half pepperoni and this pizza was 2 different pizza smooshed together, We do not recommend this place unless you want cold left over pizza

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this Rosatis. The delivery drivers are awesome, always find my house easily, wear masks and are super nice. The food is great, never gotten my orders wrong, always cooked to perfection. Don’t let people ruin your experience, this place is on par with other good Rosatis in the area.

This location is awesome. They’re open and will deliver till 2:30 Am on Fridays and Saturdays! I always get the wings and they are to die for! Try ordering them naked with your favorite sauce on the side. Staff is friendly and reliable, food is always consistent and ready quick. Highly recommended by this fat boy!
