First experience with them. Food was ok, service was disappointing. Ordered delivery and received an already opened tub of bleu cheese that had dipped wing sauce in it. (how does that happen?) Asked for a replacement and they said it would be replaced. It’s been 50 minutes and still nothing from them. Called after waiting 50 mins and was told the driver was sent out 2 minutes ago. I live 0.5 miles away.

First time ordering from this location as I’m just never been thrilled with any of the Rosati’s they have littered all over the burbs and little country towns. There’s a couple in the city I feel are decent but it ends there. I ordered chicken parm with fettuccine Alfredo, got spaghetti noodles and an either previously frozen or not fresh piece of chicken parm – flavorless. Spaghetti noodles with heavy Alfredo sauce wasn’t thrilling either. The piece of lasagna was tiny and paying $12 for the order of lifeless, layer and filling lacking definitely felt liked I had been robbed. The side of meatballs served in marinara were oddly dry/overcooked. I didn’t order light beef on their “cheef” sandwich but it certainly seemed that way, the container almost felt empty when pulling it from the bag it was in. The chicken pita, dry, dry, dry, overkill chicken. The pita wasn’t even lightly grilled or toasted. Everything was below mediocre and I may as well have taken a lighter to the $50+ that was spent. NEWS FLASH… yous ain’t “authentic chicago” anything serving food like that!

Was enjoying a Saturday evening with my in- laws and we ordered two large pizzas- one with sausage, onion, and green pepper and the other with Pepperoni, fresh tomato, and basil- they stated they didn’t have basil so we asked for garlic instead. Got home with the pizzas and one of them had pepperoni, JALEPENOS, and garlic. There weren’t just a few jalapeños on it- someone dumped what seemed like an entire jar of jalapeños on it! Every bite was like my lips and tongue were walking on hot coals!! Absolutely intolerable!! My in laws are too nice to complain, but I feel the associates need to be sure to double check their computers before sending the orders to the kitchen.

The dining area was very dirty, unswept, the cashier had to be asked to bring plates for the pizza, sauce for the cheese sticks. We smelt cleaner while eating like someone was bleaching around us. The chicken wings tasted so old and weren’t warm. Couldn’t finish them. The pizza had so much cheese that’s all we tasted.

Never had a bad pizza not the cheapest pizza in Marengo, but in its price range it give stonebackers a run for there money an makes Joe’s look like little gas station pizza. Haven’t ordered from work recently but they used to wave delivery charges for local businesses

They have friendly service, they forgot something the first time and offered to correct it. The delivery driver was nice. The pizza is not over priced and it tastes good. A lot better than what I expected it to be based on the reviews. The flavor of the crust is good and it’s tender and it’s baked well. They put a fair amount of pepperoni on the pizza and it’s not dripping in oil.
