Very good pizza, BUT, if you place your order online and have special instructions, expect them to be ignored. Co-worker was moving and we got her a veggie pizza and meat lovers one. Asked for no peppers due to her being very very allergic (as in anaphylactic shock allergic) and substitution with garlic instead.

Took an hour and a half to get pizza delivered. Driver said it was because of traffic. Store is about 6 blocks from my home. Stuffed pizza was flipped and box was all wet. All cheese and ingredients shifted to one side of pizza. Unfortunately for them there are many other pizza options and they have lost this customer

Very very bad customer service. Our order was incorrect so when we tried to call and explain what was incorrect they first argued with us then would NOT refund our money. They wanted to make us the correct order. I dont feel comfortable for them to make us a new order after they argued. I dont want anyone messing with my food if they are angry. Also when we called a different address comes up on their end, we told them the correct address but still the driver went to the wrong address.

My family got an 18 inch thin crust pizza and it was good tasted like a normal pizza it’s a normal spot to just go to when you’re hungry nothing big and a bit pricey. ($20.99) We also got ravioli looked good and tasted good. ($13.99) total-$38.83

I am also a customer with more than 6 years in the neighborhood and I came to order some pizza and forgot the coupon for when you buy pizza for a party, the person who attended me told me that he could not give me the coupon, because his boss would call him a thief and i said wow. Once they overcharged me and they did not return the money, but they paid me for the next purchase.

Tried to order from this restaurant and asked about free dough nuggets (the coupon was attached to a menu we received 2 weeks ago from a previous order). The first employee taking our order was unable to input the coupon so she transferred us to the front of the house in hopes someone could override it or if perhaps it was her device. When i asked about the coupon i was rudely cut off mid sentence and was told “we don’t do that.” When i asked why it was on their menu they told me “You’re calling the wrong place. Nice try.” And HUNG up on me. I doubled checked the phone number and they also greet the customer when answering the phone, “Rosati’s River Grove”. The coupon was clearly attached to THIER menu. My boyfriend called them back and spoke with the manager who then tried to pretend he wasn’t the initial person who spoke to me (when we recognized his voice and accent). At the end of the day, it isn’t about the appetizer. No establishment should be running when they speak to their customers the way this place does. As someone who worked in the food service industry for years, I’m thoroughly disgusted with the attitude and approach that this establishment takes when it comes to customer service. Will not be ordering from here ever again.
