Ordered a pizza got at least 2 hour old pizza with the toppings I asked for. Gave it another shot and for an old pizza again the driver same both times grabbed the food out my hotel room and walked off and when I called they hung up on me. I worked in multiple pizza places and work next to one now. And it is a rosatis chain. Don’t order from these people. I won’t ever again.

Rosati’s pizza in St. Charles needs to hire better professional manager that knows how to deal with addressing customers needs, especially when they are at fault. Alonzo if that’s even his real name at this location needs to get a grip off his employees when sending out orders. I called back to complain. Why is it taking so long to deliver what was deliver incorrectly and the manager wants to act like a victim this obviously would’ve never happened if the order was sent out properly from the beginning.

I’m not sure what happened, but thier pizza used to be great. Mine had basically no sauce, very little cheese, no toppings that I asked for and it just tasted bland. The service was very good, and the employees were nice, but the pizza majorly lacked flavor.

Been here a few times to get take out for my family. I am a big fan of their pizza! It’s always delicious and it keeps driving me back here. Their deep dish is killer, and I would recommend getting that. Always a pleasure getting take out for dinner from here!

Ordered the sampler appetizer, mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers, wings and chicken strips, came with 3 large sauces. Wings were too spicy for me, service was great, food was ready in 8 minutes.

I always order Rosatis for my clients luncheons. Driver arrives on time (11:30am, I order the day before), he’s courteous and even sends me a text message announcing his arrival at my customers plant. Oh and everyone loved the piping hot pizza. Great job.

I ordered a large 16 inch pizza , the delivery guy shows up an hour and 20 minutes later with a cold 12 inch small pizza. I stopped ordering from there cuz of this. Also the last couple times I ordered from there I’m pretty sure I got old reheated pizza. They charge too much for the pizza they offer.

If I could give this no stars I would. I ordered two pizzas and they messed up on one of the pizzas. Called them and spoke with the manager and was basically called a liar in regards to the pizza. He assured me everything was correct and when I kept telling him no he only offered a 2 dollar credit. 2 dollars for the price of their pizza isn’t worth it. So forget it, actions will be taken place and I will never order from this location again. Absolutely terrible customer service.
