There is not much of a sit-down area inside. There were some tables and chairs outside, so we ate there. Pizza great! Prices high! Asked to get extra pizza sauce, there was a charge. I understand costs are up, but nickke and dimming make you not want to do business there. I understand just about everywhere, does it.

Everyone knows the pizza is good but do they know the shrimp and chicken dinners are also amazing! The shrimp dinner sold in 1/2 pound or pound and serves with fries and a salad are amazing! The shrimp are large and plump and the breading is crunchy and tasty. I order the shrimp more than anything else. The chicken is juicy and also served with fried and a salad but they did allow a substitute of a 1/2 order mushrooms instead of fries, just a great menu and delish food. The staff is also always very kind. My only complaint would be their phone system. It sounds just terrible and the staff often has to apologize for the static and airy sound in the line. They need a new phone system to help the staff correctly hear the orders.

Pizza slices are always old. Placed an order and they were out of nacho cheese, who runs out of that I don’t know. So when I went to ask the gentleman which I assume to be the owner or mgr to correct some things that ppl expected to have cheese with he said I need to cancel and replace my order. Makes a lot of sense considering u could just make some changes on your end. After I sat in hold forever and some young girl kept picking up and trying to dial out. So now I have to have menustar cancel my order and refund me over $80. Joke

Ordered the FAB 4 pizza it tasted watered down from all the onions. Lacked flavor and fell apart when I took a bite. Never again Rosati’s! You need to take your cooking skills back to the test kitchen before advertising the FABULOUS 4 as one of your specialty pizza’s.

Got local delivery on a chilly November night to a hotel which has a restaurant that was not operating that night. Delivery came within the normal time, food was as ordered, wings with the sauce on the side, blue cheese and some fries. Fries were a bit soggy, but that’s normal for delivery and still tasted fine. Plus they made sure to include ketchup. Only miss was no napkins, so if I wasn’t at a hotel bar, it’d be a mess.

Ordered delivery. Sausage pizza thin crust. 3rd time OVERCOOKED! Inedible. Burnt cheese, tough as leather crust and bland sausage. Used to be favorite. Lesson learned. Never again. Yes I called spoke to call center (no way to speak to store people). Yes got told refund. We will see.

Yesterday, my husband and I, had the pleasure of ordering dinner from Rosati’s in Lemont. When we first entered, we were uncertain. However, our uncertainty, quickly vanished, when we were greeted. The Lady who served us was so friendly and polite. We ordered spaghetti with meat sauce, added meatballs, and five cheese ravioli. The food was packed neatly, and upon arrival home, it was hot, fresh, and, tasty. Our only suggestion to the owners would be, brighter and clean up the entrance to your restaurant.
