Purchased 2 slices and was handed them in flimsy boxes, walked out the door 1 slipped off. Asked to have it replaced only to be told they can’t do anything about it. Pretty bad customer service. Also pizza was fresh out of oven and sausage was still cold, would not go back to rosatis if I hadn’t visited other location and knew this is not up to par with the others.

The pizza was awful. It was barely cooked through and all the toppings slid off because it was juicy. It really was disgusting. I called to make them aware, mainly because of the expense. If the guy I talked to would of just apologized I wouldn’t now be taking my business elsewhere. But no apology. Just wanted me to send a picture of the pizza. Ridiculous! And I wasn’t even looking for a refund or credit. Terrible pizza and worst customer service. Which is too bad. Rosatis is usually were we get our pizza. Not anymore

Horrible! Don’t waste your money here!! I placed an order online for carry out and was given an old pizza. I left my house for the store right after I placed the order and it took me 5 minutes at most to get there . When I arrived 5 minutes after placing the order my pizza was somehow already ready and waiting in the warming oven. There is absolutely no way a fresh pizza can be prepared and fully cooked in five minutes. Even more evidence is that I ordered a flavored crust and the pizza I was given had plain crust. I’m fairly certain they just put toppings on an old pizza and stuck it in the warming oven. I called the store twice and they gave me the run around and put me on hold. Don’t go to this location!

The guy working was very nice. I ordered online, paid for extra ranch but did not get it. The slice of cheese pizza was OK at best. The fried pickles were terrible. I threw most of them away. I ordered early in the day and the oil in the fryer must be old and gross based off the smell and taste. On this experience alone, I will not be ordering again. Maybe it was a fluke though. I hope so.
