We had a great time. Food was prepared quickly and was delicious. Friendly customer service and lovely atmosphere. My children enjoyed the pizza. We had fountain drinks, refills were included. Kids has cheese and pepperoni pizza while adults had the classic combo pizza. Might come back before heading back home.

I’ve never had a problem with the food at Rosati’s in Aurora on Ogden Ave but the service is very inconsistent. I paid for a Double Dough pizza only to receive a thin crust. It wasn’t a big problem until I tried calling 3 separate times and no one answered. Really was not helpful especially when I needed the order to be right for a party that I was attending. Strongly recommend going to the Rosati’s in Naperville where they’ll get your order right and have someone available to answer the phone.

Don’t tip the driver till you get your pizza. I used to deliver. This pizza got tossed on the floor. Slid all the way to the side. It was supposed to be sausage onions peppers. 50% onions. Not cool man. 7pm Saturday.

Every time I order here they get my order wrong. So I got a replacement order and they still got that wrong, charged me for extra sauce and the delivery gave my soda away to the previous customer. I have a pizza in ziplock bags in my freezer with olives (I said no olives) on it right now hoping company will eat it one day. Do yourself a favor and try MACIANOS in NORTH AURORA ❤️ I always get the lasagna and I get extra sauce and cheese no charge… it’s perfect every time and they call if they are not sure what you want. Don’t bother with this Rosatis and please don’t get that undercooked calzone smh it was horrible and I got so sick. Try MACIANOS… I’m just a customer I promise but I like good food and I’m sure you do too.

Pizza shifted, very salty and flavorless. Chopped salad was also extremely salty and the chicken was like a rock! No manager was working and had the food replaced. It was worse than the first order. Every Rosati’s in this area sucks. EVERY ONE.

I placed a large order of pizzas here for a high school awards night (100+ people) and everything was fantastic! The placing of the order was easy, the pizzas were hot and ready right on time, plates and napkins for us were included, AND these guys helped us load nearly 30 pizzas into the car! We will be using them again in the future and I highly recommend this location for any large party needs!
