Over the last few months I have ordered wings, pizza (thin and deep dish), an italian beef, and dough nuggets. Everything has been amazing. The Italian beef could have been dipped with a heavier hand, but it was still AMAZING! Delivery has been great, the driver is very kind, respectful, and on time.

I come here all the time the food is always good. But really, I come here for the people. If you sit back and watch they work so hard and take so much negativity from the world and yet they always meet you with a smile and “how are you doing today”. The service is immaculate and all of the staff I have encountered are so pleasant. And the delivery drivers are top tier! My orders are always on time and my normal guy is soo nice.

I ordered online waited about 40 min. to go pick up bc they said it would be ready in 30. I got there and they said the system was down and they did not receive my order. I never gave them my order again but they said it would be ready in 30 min. I asked for a discount seeing as I now had to wait longer and they said they would do something. But never stated what that would be even after I asked what “something” is. . Needless to say I got my pizza 30 minutes later and they did nothing for making me wait an extra 30 min. There are plenty of other pizza places in this town that will get my business after this display of customer service.

Amazing what people will call Chicago style pizza. Seems like basic cheese and then globs of tomato sauce with barely cooked ingredients oh and burnt crust on thin crust. Description says mounds of mozzarella and this has the least amount of cheese you could put on a pizza and still call it pizza! Spent almost fifty dollars and regret every dollar I gave them.

Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. The deep dish I ordered was a cheese pizza with a little toppings and saghettio sauce on top. Ordered a thin crust cheese too. It had no flavor and was burnt on the edges. Don’t waste your money.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would have, but I had to give at least one to write this review. I ordered $50 worth of food (and tip) from Rosatis in Bourbonnais. My order took almost 2 hours to come. I ordered wings and some of the wings were just the “tips” of the wing. not a flat or drum. I also ordered a chopped salad and the bacon was RAW. I called the store, offered to bring back the food and I asked for a refund. They declined. The person working called the owner and called me back and said that a the owner offered 10% off of my next order or they could remake my order. Umm, NO!!!! This order was placed at 6pm and delivered at 8 AND DO YOU KNOW HOW SICK SOMEONE WOULD GET FROM EATING RAW PORK?? This isn’t even something that I could pick out of the salad. The entire salad was contaminated. I’ll never order from Rosati’s again. I should have gone with my usual Sammy’s pizza, but I clearly wasn’t thinking. Rosati’s is HORRIBLE. Who doesn’t notice RAW bacon in a salad?? Rosati’s should be ashamed. No customer service whatsoever!!

I’ve heard new management took over the franchise so planned to visit this place yesterday and tried their veggie pizza, crust was well baked the way I asked for and the pizza was full of toppings, would say worth the price. Hospitality was top notch and friendly conversation with big smiles, Highly suggested!!
