Normally love this pizza. Ordered from them before and had no problems. Placed an order through Doordash, was delivered with no issues. Then I opened the box. Paid $35 for a burnt pizza with no extra cheese. Called them to report it and they said talk to Doordash. DOORDASH DIDN’T BURN MY PIZZA!! You did! You sent out an overcooked pizza for delivery! This isn’t a delivery service problem! You got lazy and sent out a sub par pizza and then blamed the people that didn’t make the pizza!! You guys are trash! Do better!

I am Sicilian and this is embarrassing , there was so much grease leaking through the boxes it ruined my clothes, also NOT AUTHENTIC AT ALL there isnt an Italian in site. All of this food was frozen and re-heated. Also Never Going Back To This Place….. The owner would not take responsibility for the food being nasty and all that grease oh yea there was so much it leaked all the way through my bra to my skin talk about yuck. THE FOOD IS GROSS

Horrible experience. Was very excited to order Chicago style deep dish pizza at our 16th anniversary. The pizza was definitely forsaken for 10 surplus minutes of baking time. The crust was not over baked but was literally black burnt. Can’t believe the person packing it up didn’t notice that. Chicken wings were a bit over cooked too but were at least not burnt. Obviously, never going back again specially because they refused to take responsibility by some compensation. Good customer service is, when you make a mistake, you pay back with replacement.

Amazing food and service!!!!! We had the 12 inch Chicago deep dish with pepperoni and sausage. Awesome!! The wife had the Philly and daughter had the caeser salad with chicken. Both were delicious and fresh. The Philly was loaded with meat. A must try and we will definitely be back. Neethu was our waitress and she is the sweetest!!!

I do like Rosati’s pizza. We order three (one thin, one double crust, one deep dish) to celebrate Father’s day with kids and grandkids. We put the order in around 1:30pm for a 4:30 Pickup. Even though it was a Pickup, we still tipped 20% in advance (our mistake). Arrive at 4:30pm and the pizzas were not ready. Told to wait three minutes. There was only one other person there for a pickup, but the place was a mess. After 10 minutes, my wife was the only one in the place and the staff disappeared. My wife rang the bell and they said it would be 10 minutes. When the pizza was done, they put in on the counter and returned to the back of house without saying a word. This is just very poor service. First when the order is 3 hours in advance of the pickup, it is reasonable that the pizzas be ready at the pickup time. The customer service was poor. Bottom line – they will not be getting our business at this location.

First time at Rosati’s. Pretty busy for Tuesday lunch, 2 tables dining in & people kept walking in for takeout. Ordered a lunch penne & dough nuggets to go. Generous portion of both, was pleasantly surprised. Wish I had mentioned less marinara sauce for the pasta, not well balanced in that aspect. The pasta & dough nuggets taste great. Pasta came with a piece of garlic bread which should’ve been in the oven longer but was good otherwise. Would recommend if you’re in the area!

To the owners, You can not run a chain such as this with 1-2 on staff on a Sunday night. Rosaties makes some good Chicago pizza but this location, this time was not editable. There was only “one” person working and she was nice and helpful but this pizza is burnt! It was lacking a lot of cheese that they normally use on these Chicago deep dish pizzas.
