Finally was in the area and checked it out with my Chicago native wife. She said it tasted just like home. We had the combo sandwich and a slice of Pepperoni. Both had excellent flavors. We will definitely stop by every time we are in the area.

Grew up in Chicago so I know what good authentic Chicago-style pizza tastes like (I’m talking thin, not deep dish, but I digress). About 5 years ago, Rosati’s was making great pizza before it went downhill. I came back this week after reading reviews they have a new owner who is from Chicago. It shows. Their thin crust pizza is excellent (and I’m sure the deep dish is great as well). I can’t wait to come back soon when I’m up in the area. Ladies and Gents, Rosati’s is BACK.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I’m from Chicago and this pizza is as authentic as it gets. I’ve heard some bad things about this location in the past but it is now under new ownership and has really impressed me! Friendly staff, great food, and adequate wait times. Dare I say you rival Beau Jo’s just more economical. Let me be clear… the quality is unbelievable but you get so much more for your $. Flavor! So much flavor and the crust! Never had my family trying to bribe or flat out trying to steal each other’s crust! Crisp shell with soft moist interior that can be eaten straight and is so good! Fresh ingredients that you can seriously taste!

Wow what a great experience. It was my first visit to Rosati’s and wasn’t sure what to have so I asked Bri for a recommendation between the Italian beef and the sausage sandwich. She recommended the combo and it was fantastic. It was huge I could only eat half when I asked for a box she said let me box it up and took care of it. I will definitely be back not only for the great food but the great customer service which seems to be a rarity these days. Thanks for the great lunch and for the outstanding customer service from Bri. Had the left overs for dinner and it was excellent reheated as well. One suggestion is maybe adding in restaurant WiFi as the wireless signal is not great in the area and it may bring in some additional traffic

Thanks for bringing this icon to Colorado. I grew up eating Rosati’s. Flavors bring me back. The funniest thing when we were inside was heard a group of kids say, “How do you open this pizza box?” It’s not a mystery but the box is not dominoes, papa John’s or black Jack’s. Good stuff

Rosati’s is the best pizza in Colorado. After moving here from Chicago, this place has been a godsend. Since the new management took over, everything has gotten better as well: the pizza is better, the service is better, just an all-around happy customer. I make the 30-minute drive up from Lakewood just to eat here whenever I can!
